This woman left bleach on my natural roots for an HOUR AND A HALF. 30 minutes is the absolute max it should ever be applied for. After I asked and thought it had been on too long, the staff was demeaning and made me feel so stupid for even asking. She also had me crane my neck awkwardly and painfully in the wash bowl for 30+ minutes while the toner processed. I’m about to have 2 under 2 and this was supposed to be a relaxing break without my 11 month old. I paid $195 including tip because I can’t just not tip for fried hair. This place is a joke. Just go to San Antonio.

After researching salons I picked Olguita and Michelle based on the good reviews. I was in need of a new stylist because I had just moved to Eagle Pass. Sydney did my hair and did a fabulous job!!! I am so happy with my color and cut. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

BEST SALON EVER! Olguita styled and touched up my red highlights with toner and it looks vibrant and healthier! They use fancy hair products like Chi and Bed Head and prices are very reasonable. Michelle is very friendly and everyone is extremely welcoming. Definitely coming back here!

Umm ants were crawling on my foots and was dirty and stinky
