I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Heart-Centered Hypnotherapist with over 12 years of experience in South Florida. My passion is helping families, couples and individuals remove the roadblocks that prevent them from living a healthy, happy and prosperous life.
I am a creative, caring and open-minded professional who utilizes a combination of traditional and holistic healing based on individual needs. Some treatment approaches include Cognitive- behavioral therapy (CBT), talk therapy, family systems, mindfulness and hypnotherapy.
I continuously work on expanding my knowledge through ongoing trainings in order to offer my clients the best possible treatment. These trainings include Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy through the Wellness Institute, Reiki 2 certification, communication training, conflict management training and personal transformation.
