All Air Extreme Trampoline Park

Perfect place to have a party! Staff member Aaliyah was the best! Hands on the whole time and was such a big help. I would Definitely recommend this place :

awesome place. i bring my kids here often and they have a blast! their food menu is great and all our food was freshly prepared. all workers were great on the registers and the courts. i sometimes even see guys doing maintenance on the trampolines. they really go out of the way for their customers safety

My family & I visited on 6/06/23, which was our 1st time there & the cashiers + court monitors were very professional & generous. I could tell that the employees actually WANTED to be there vs. just treating it like a job They helped everyone in a timely manner, the facility was clean/safe & the prices were AMAZING And the selection was a bonus, too! Looking forward to coming back!

Overall great place to take kids for a day out. Prices are reasonable for entry, food bar is expensive though. Crowds was very busy, had to place close attention to your kids, too much going on at one time.

This place was great. My grand daughter wanted to have her birthday party here. I normally don't care for places like this but this place was cool. These children had a blast. There were games to play an jumping areas an a desperate area for party's. It was very well organized. It didn't have all that loud dang music. You could hear the conversation you were having with someone. We booked a party an the staff took care of everything. The only outside thing you bring is your cake. It was just so easy an not annoying like some places. I'm not sure about prices. I do know all the kids got a super cool pair of socks an that's what they wore the whole time. They even had massage chairs for adults. WHAT? Yep they did. You had to pay for it but who cares. OMG the pizza was delicious. They had other food people could buy too. Did ya see the Skittles machine? That was fun. Yes I bought some an they were fresh an really good. This is a very good place for a party or just some fun.

This place has the monopoly on birthday parties in Hendersonville. I DREAD birthday invites to this place and will go to great lengths to avoid going there. Why you ask.. Well, it’s dirty. Think lots of kids jumping around on things that aren’t cleaned. Cue the cold, cough etc… There isn’t really much to do there and after your kids have been a few times you’re definitely done!! This place needs cleaning up, brightening up and changing up! If you’re a parent attending a party here with your kiddos prepare to be bored! They are definitely missing a trick not providing a coffee cake bar, something for the adults. The venue could be so much more… Personally I can’t stand this place. There is a definitely a lack of competition. Parents, if you’re planning a party please be original and look elsewhere..!

The kids had so much fun they cried when it was time.to leave after 3 hours of non stop jumping and obstacles. It was kind of pricey, not much cheaper than urban air which is way bigger and has double the the activities but the kids didn't seem to mind.

I dislocated my arm here and when I went to the front desk all they said was "do you want some ice" they were asking customers if they could pop my arm back into place and said they couldn't do anything about it. As I was walking out the door to get a ride to the hospital the lady walking with me said "you're not going to sue us right?" I can't believe she said that to someone going to the hospital in pain. I'm literally 15 and I was freaking out, I didn't need to hear that from a grown adult. She didn't ask if I was okay or anything she just wanted to make sure we weren't going to sue them. This was a terrible experience and they should have been more prepared for an accident to happen.

Overall a fun place to take your kids - lots of arcade games and of course the trampoline park which I am a bit apprehensive about due to the danger of injury. The place could have been cleaner and the staff at the food stand could have been friendlier and more accommodating. My daughter ordered a slushy and they handed it to her overflowing with no napkins to where it dripped everywhere. When I asked for napkins they just pointed down to where you turn in tickets, but there were no napkins there either. We had to wind up getting toilet paper from the bathroom as no paper towels in there either. Meanwhile the slushy is melting all over the place. Other than that we had a blast!

1st time at this place, harleigh loved being able to run around and jump on the trampolines. Got there at 12p, right when they opened and it was not crowded at all.
