I have no words to describe how fortunate we were to come across a company so competent, honest and professional as All American Roofing. From our very first communications with Maria and Diana all extremely courteous and expedient at the quoting stage, a stellar first impression was established. Marco's professionalism during the field visit to assess the task ahead sealed the deal. From that point on, all was handled flawlessly while still keeping us informed of any expected bureaucracies along the way. At the scheduled work start day, the crew was on time and got right to it, taking extreme care in protecting the surroundings and at the end of the day, you couldn't tell there had been a crew here at all: not a spec of debris anywhere. Had not been for procedural city inspections at certain stages, I have no doubt these folks could have easily knocked this out in a day, from start to finish...that's how much of a well-oiled operation they run. Impressive. After work completed beautifully I might add..., Lisa was absolutely amazing at helping us with a variety of documents we needed for insurance reasons, and we are infinitely grateful for her kindness and patience! When more paper work drama came to our attention, Joseph Manning and his wife came to the rescue in a heartbeat on matters that were extremely time sensitive on our end. Talk about going above and beyond... I highly recommend All American Roofing, and I won't nor will I let our relatives and friends roof with anyone else. All American Roofing just completed the flat and and shingled sections of my Irma damaged roof on my house in South Dade . Their crews were professional and courteous throughout the installation and daily cleanups. The office staff was responsive to any concerns I had during the project.
