We reserved a storage unit online and went to the location to check it out. Jonathan was there to help us. He showed us the unit and explained the rental process, including the benefits of using the app. The location was clean and secure, and we were impressed. Jonathan walked us through the rental process, and we were done in a few minutes. He made the rental process easy and was kind and professional throughout.

I use storage facilities on a regular basis and have always had a wonderful experience with the Public Storage Aliso Viejo location. This property is clean, safe, and very convenient. The staff has always been very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the time Ayla, the property manager, took to explain my different options and swiftly checked me in to my unit. I will always recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a storage unit to rent.

The worst place to have a storage. Not only their hours aren't convenient, their management inept, their prices are ridiculous. When I rented a 10X15 space a year and a half ago, the rate was $167 per month. They keep jacking up the price without any notice. Now I see that they've raised my rate, for the same SECOND FLOOR space, to $387! Obviously, I'm looking for a new storage facility.

The Public Storage company staff are very friendly and helpful any time you need support. It has been a great option for storing my items. If someone is looking for a place for storage, I will definitely share their business info with my job and friends.

Ayla was fantastic and very helpful. She answered all my questions and went the extra distance. Highly recommend.

Came with a friend to pu some stuff from her storage and I was very impressed with Olga, she was quick to help us with some issues we were having. Place was clean. Easy in and out and we upgraded to a bigger room with a super awesome deal!! Thank you Olga doe all your help .

Very very helpful manager! He got me the best deal which was the need of the hour. Highly recommended

Lee is a great guy, excellent service and extremely helpful, very patient and professional, I highly recommend his 5 star services.

This company will continually ramp your charges without providing sufficient notice. It has increased by nearly 100% since I signed on and never required a signature. Go with a better option in the area.  Note: I have had no issues with staff. Each employee has been polite and respectful. It's the company behind them that deserves 0 Stars.

Rented a space yesterday and was helped by Margaret. She was very friendly, thorough and professional. In a troubled world and the difficult times we are living in right now, it is truly refreshing to deal with someone so pleasant. Often the little things are what stand out in people's minds. Thank you for your assistance. I appreciate your attitude. It's nice to meet someone who enjoys their job. Very happy I came to this storage location and thanks for sharing the promotional deal with me. I highly recommend this location.
