Great caring place! Got my wonderful puppy here. I think it's amazing how they bring dogs from the South to give them great home!
The employees are very friendly and helpful. They happily answered all my questions and emails. They let us visit and walk as many doggies as we wanted. The only downer is the adoption fee is a little steep. But they are great.
The staff is very caring and provide good assistance getting you ready for your new pup as well as offering help, if needed, after the adoption.
We got our puppy from All Breed, I found them very responsive from the beggining. They answered all my crazy questions all while being super sweet and friendly. We love our pup.
Amber the manager is great.... answered all of my questions and concerns. You can tell she loves her job and the dogs very much.
After seeing and hearing first-hand how poorly the manager, Cali, and the board, treat their dogs and their staff, I do not recommend adopting a dog from this organization. Firing their two adoption counselors that have fought against the management and the Board for months to get basic needs taken care of, ensure that they do not have too many dogs, and being told that the long-term dogs with special needs "aren't like real dogs," I am disgusted. I've been blocked by then when I tried to point this out as well.
We couldn't be happier with our dog! The experience with the adoption process was great. The facility was clean, the staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. Even though it was an adoption event, we were given all the time we needed to have a first bonding experience and we were not pressured to make a decision. We not only received a package with paperwork, coupons and helpful resources, but were able to call anytime to ask questions, address concerns or just let them know how Skye Blue formerly Denise is doing. I would recommend All Breed Rescue!
Megan and Amber were professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They really listened to our story and provided wonderful feedback and suggestions for us in choosing our dog. All the dogs are well cared for and we are very impressed with All Breed Rescue. We had a wonderful experience.
If I could give them negative stars I would. We had adopted a senior dog from All Breed named Cornelia. We had another smaller senior dog in the home. It was somewhat weird to begin with because we had talked with two different people about her, and they each had a different story about her. They did not seem to have their records straight. After having her for a little over a month she brutally killed our smaller dog that we had had for 8 years. After my mom and sister found our dead dog, they brought Cornelia back. Instead of being sympathetic about the situation, and realizing that what my family went through must have been traumatic, they were totally cold about the situation. They did not say sorry for what happen or acknowledge that we had lost our beloved family pet. They gave a standard form as if we were surrendering a dog that asked for donations at the bottom. After everything we had been through we found that very insulting, and crapping on top of what already happened. There should be a form for bringing back a dog and why we did instead of seeming like we were just abandoning a pet. They even had the nerve to call and ask for her paperwork back. We paid $275 dollars for us to end up losing a dog and all they cared about was their paperwork for her. No sympathy anywhere. For people who care so much about dogs they surely did not show it when it came to us losing ours. This experience was totally ridiculous and I will never adopt through them again and I highly do not recommend adopting through them.
Staff very helpful for our family adopting our first dog. And he's a puppy!
