I'm surprised no one else has encountered this issue with this veterinarian hospital. I just recently got a new husky, and I was looking for a good, respectable veterinary hospital in the area. First off, I should've known from the beginning there was some level of inconsistency. When I first called the hospital, someone gave me a quote for a puppy package that was NOT the price when I arrived at the hospital. I let that slide because my puppy was going to turn 10 weeks and I wanted to get her shots sooner rather than later. As the weeks go by, I'm having to constantly remind the staff why I'm even coming in the first place. I don't know why that is my job to remind them that my dog is supposed to be getting his dhpp shot and bordetella when it says on the puppy package what they should be getting. My last visit or so I thought I was going to receive my rabies vaccine at 15 weeks. For those of you who have worked in the industry, or have had dogs in the past, you know that is not true. They should be getting their rabies vaccine at 16 weeks. When I asked the receptionist about this before making the appointment, she says "well she's going to be 16 weeks a few days later, we can make it work." I go into that visit keep in mind I have to remind them that I'm supposed to be seeing the doctor for this visit, not just the technician and the doctor who is very nice and knowledgeable tells me they can't administer the vaccine. AH HA! I KNEW IT. At this point, I'm ready to switch vets, when I couldn't make the appointment I was scheduled for, they told me nothing was available until 1 week later. WOW. I'm not new to this, honestly the rabies shot could take 10 min tops, and I"m not even going in to see the doctor. If you're supposedly open 8-8 OR SO IT SAYS ON THE WEBSITE why can't you schedule a time to get me in sooner? Talking to the receptionists is like talking to wall. They have no kind of understanding of the field, nothing. When I ask them questions, they're constantly having to ask someone else. Whenever I call them, the phone is never answered it directs me to a emergency hospital and phone messages aren't returned. The voice mail also doesn't provide information regarding their hours. I'm looking at the website because that's what should be correct right? WRONG. The sign on the door has completely different hours than the website. Take home message: This veterinary hospital is inconsistent and is not available to you when you need them to be. Dr. Liao is very nice, however that doesn't make up for the incompetency of the "rocks" behind the reception desk - they are not knowledgeable or helpful. Will not be coming here again, except to retrieve ALL my vaccine information the receptionist didn't add the Bordetella to the list of vaccines my dog received which made it very difficult when I was traveling today.
Beware! They do not honor coupons! I'm glad I asked when I made appointment- I was put on a long hold- sounded like she forgot about me and came back and said "no, things are not free" Rude! Their coupon says free exam and free vaccines on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I probably could have understood their lack of professionalism in not honoring their own coupons but to add insult to injury she was so rude about it I had to warn you all.
Worst vet experience in 50 years. Christina got hysterical and threw me out when I returned to buy their sole remaining one dose package of Nexgard. I questioned problems on their scrip to buy a 12 month supply, including lack of weight, and misspelling my name despite my filling out their Form, uncovered as I tried to buy elsewhere. Dr Regelson later called and told me he was refunding the $178 I paid for an exam and blood test and DAP vaccination. In hindsight, I could have handeled her hysteria better. But, as the professionals, they have the primary responsiblity to explain, especially their problems. This was on top of many smaller problems in the process. For example, they presented me with an invoice that included items the Dr hadn't discussed with me. When I asked, he didn't recommend them.
It seems like this place is constantly struggling with their staff. I wouldn't say it is their fault, but I had to switch once I had several issues with making appointments. They rarely answer the office phone which can be horrible when your pet is having complications. Besides that, they were friendly when I was able to make a successful appointment
I have taken my pets here several times. Once they lost their regular vet the service, professionalism and responsiveness of All Care has been terrible. I suggest you take your pet to a place with a more professional, empathetic and competent veterinarian and staff.
i went in with my puppy and they were nice, friendly, quick and inexpensive. i will continue to use them with both my pets
They are closed. Sign on door refers people to vet in Fremont, to wgich they've transferred all records.
Do not go to this vet
