Don and another gentleman helped me get a key that had broken in half inside of a cash safe out in less than 5 minutes! They were very kind and incredibly helpful. Very trustworthy shop that gets the job done quickly and pain free, 10/10 would recommend!
We came in with a broken key fob to our car and the technicians really went above and beyond to help us get the car back on the road. The dealership was going to charge us almost 600 dollars for a single replacement key, so we took it to Always Safe and Lock and they had us order a replacement shell for 10 dollars and bring the lock cylinder in, and they cut the new fob as well as a spare ignition key for 70 dollars. In the end not only did we get 2 brand new keys for under 100 dollars, but they provided amazing service to us through the entire process. I would highly recommend Always Safe and Lock to anyone looking for locksmith services.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They knew what my problem was before I could finish telling them, and they are very affordable. A great full service company that is ready to help you when you need it most.
Avery nice place for all your locking and keying/programming needs for houses, cars, and any other lock adventure. They went so far to program a key for me and when it wouldn't work, there was no charge. Now that is great business practice.
They tried hooking up their laptop to my 2011 Kia optima because I wanted to make an extra key which goes into a fob. And the fob has to be coded, and then the key can be cut. For some reason they tried 2 software programs on the odb port, and couldn't even get into the car which they've never seen with a kia they said. I brought them my original key/fob and a custom aftermarket one I bought off Amazon. Usually they said they could do the cut after they programmed the fob to the car. They plugged the new fob which they were trying to get the cars antennas located in the doors and trunk to basically Bluetooth pair to the circuit board inside the fob. Then they code on the fob after you put it in the jockey box or glove box you open it and in Kia Optimas from 2010-2013 they didn't have the blade key fob. It was just a fob with unlock lock alarm and a metal button to eject and lock the key in. So the key can open the doors and trunk. But the fob actually sticks into a black plastic port on the left side of the passenger glove box when you open it on those years of the Optima, but yeah they couldn't get it to work and I tried batteries plus, they also said they never could do it and were the sam's price, so the only option I have if I want a extra key for this 2011 car which is almost 13 years old but not even 80,000 miles, it was drove by my grandpa and not for that long which he did no modding or after marketing add ons which would seem like what would mess up the odb port from reading, but maybe it's just a bad odb port. The locksmith said they've never seen that but I can't think of anything else. They didn't charge me a thing and I asked them what I owed them because they critically tried to get every option they knew to work out, and failed. Great shop and they've been there for 28 years the manager said. Very nice two guys one with the long brown hair was super chill and is to the point and charges you only for what he has to do when it's labor or something that equals work. If they can't diagnose, or do what they think they can it's no charge!!
Had a difficult key that needed to be made and they worked on it until they got it. Stayed late to make sure all keys worked with my car. So appreciated!
Quick service and they had exactly the key needed! Much cheaper than ordering the keys from the manufacturer!
First time in. They had a blank in stock for my 08 Subaru and where able to cut and program it in a short amount of time
We went in with a wide range of needs, including a car key that required programming, a steering wheel lock key, bike lock key, bike rack lock key. We came out with good keys and great advice from a really nice person. Highly recommended!
I called to ask for a same-day rekey after my house was burgled, and when they couldn’t make that happen, they still gave me a list of trustworthy competitors to try to help me out.
