Shoot this reminded me I have to pay them and I forgot. They were very nice to us and my dog Buddy passed on in a non stressful way. He was very comfortable there. I miss him so much but thank you All Creatures, you made the best of the absolute worst situation I can think of and that is not easy especially for a cantankerous S.O.B. like me.
Hi, I'm Koko. My Sister Gemma and I have been going to All Creatures Animal Hospital for as long as we can remember Dad says all of our life. We love leaving the house in our harnesses because that means we are going for a walk in the neighborhood or we are going camping in the big rolling playhouse. It is however a shock when we pull up to All Creatures as we know there are sobery, loud, nonsensical "DOGS" in there. VERY SCARY! The good thing is we have our own door to enter the building way far away from those "Animals". The assistant does a really good job of helping us to calm down and the Doctor is always gentle and has warm hands. The doctor said that I was a bit over weight but I'm working hard to trim up over the winter since we can't go for walks that often. Thanks All Creatures Animal Hospital. We appreciate you even though it still a little freaky to go in for appointments. Koko and Gemma
We receive great care for our elderly dog and cats. We've seen multiple vets and they always spend the time to examine thoroughly and listen to us. We can get some of our medication delivered directly through their website. The techs and front office staff are willing to help out with whatever we need.
After nearly 25 years of going to this clinic, with a number of dogs I am done. I called a week ago and had an appointment for an old Shepard that is scratching himself. I had to wait a week for the appointment but was told I could call the next day if there was an opening and may get in. I called the next day and they did have an opening but it was $100 extra plus they wanted a deposit. great customer service for a long time customer. Then today I show up for the appointment I made a week ago and they don't have me down. So I will have to come back in 10 days to a week for another appointment. They acted like it was my fault and made no effort to assist me. Needless to say I called another vet and that's were I will take my business in the future. This used to be a great clinic but I think some of the old staff has gone and the new ones are not worth it. Go somewhere else This place is useless
Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr. Pam W. has been our primary veterinarian for over 15 years. She's knowledgeable and is wonderful with my pets. I highly recommend All Creatures.
I have used and really liked this vet for many years. I recently brought my dog in because she had an occasional cough. I then brought her in for a checkup a few weeks later to make sure the 4, not cheap meds cleared up her lungs. There was some testing the vet recommended only if the meds didn't clear up the problem. The meds worked so the VET decided the extra testing wasn't necessary, although I was more than willing to pay for any NECESSARY testing. When a rescue organization I was working with called the clinic I never gave permission to release any information, they told them I refused testing for financial reasons, which is completely untrue. Really sad the vet acted reasonably in the room, but apparently just wanted to gouge me. I have no problem paying for tests they need, not unnecessary tests the vet just wanted to charge me for. Apparently the $500 bucks I spent this month wasn't enough. I guess I'll be going someplace else from now on.
Very high priced for those that like to spend more! l brought my dog here for a check up and to have her ears looked at because she wasnt feeling well and was acting like her ears were bothering her, they packed her ears with an antibiotic ointment that did nothing for her, everything they did was 2 or 3X what it usually costs for vet care elsewhere, They did a full complete thorough exam and missed everything! They just treated her symptoms based on what l described to them, after appearing to listen and reminding me that they were busy with other customers and their pets. They charged me almost $700 for the visit and sent us home with a medication that couldnt be taken at the same time as something else they had also prescribed, the dog wasn't feeling any better days later, l was told it may take a few days, they did call the next day while l was walking on Meridian and l told them l would call back when l get inside as l coundnt hear them over the traffic, When l called l was told they were too busy, after the weekend and my poor dog was still feeling miserable and several calls went unreturned l went back and was given excuses. Someone did finally call back and seemed somewhat sympathetic about the situation, but didn't offer to do anything for my dog. I was able to get into our regular vet who had been closed at the time, for a proper diagnosis and had her treated correctly, she also needed a tooth extracted; which All Creatures missed during their thorough exam, including x-rays and bloodwork! Very disappointed! My dog was in pain and they did absolutely nothing for us, they were all about the $$$!! I highly DO NOT recommend them and won't be going back.
We have gone to this All Creatures Amimal for over 12 years. They are Very with our animals. We lost our our We lost our wonderful this year and our Cat David a few months ago.they are very good with pets. I would recommend then to anyone.
Even though I didn't get to use the veterinarian services, the person on the phone was fantastic and I really appreciate it. Her honesty. Helped me through a hard time for my moms dog
I've been going there off and on for 20 years probably longer. When they first opened it was half the size it is now with only Drs Lindner and Nottingham. I loved them all then and still do. They now are much bigger and I am impressed with all of the staff. They take wonderful care of my babies and they are very good about updating me on the phone after their exams since we have to sit in our cars. A lot for the staff to do and I respect them all and am thankful for them. Be aware they aren't taking new clients right now but eventually they will open up to new clients once covid subsides.
