All Island Taxi

The cab was late one hour , the dispatcher was rude when I call to see were was the car , because off them been late I lost my flight, the car in the Inside was ugly had mold on the rug and chair , in the vent of the celing of the car was liquing water , I have never experienced anything like this on my whole life taking car service. I would never use our recommended this ppl.

I've never had a bad ride. I just landed at MacArthur Airport in Islip and my driver was calling me as our wheels touched down to let me know he was ready & waiting. Seriously, if you're in Nassau Countythis is the car service you need to call. You won't be disappointed.

The cars are dirty. The dispatcher is rude and the dispatchers speak unprofessional. I was a dispatcher for like 4 uears. And when a customer call i would say "good morning holloway car service and i try to know where all my drivers are rush hour cause i did not want a customer waiting 2 long. Good afternoon and good evening. Medical transportation sucks at this car service. Once i was in cab the car smelt like cigarettes and very dirty and sent me another car and it was dirty too. Then another time when i tried to confirm a trip the dispatcher ask me what's my insurance and i said excuse me but i have not been doing that and he said call your insurance and hung up.So when i called my provider he also said the dispatcher was5very rude that he ask him was he having a bad day and i told provider he is rude all rhe time. I was very late on for an oppointment but that's ok.Today wasn't too bad but the driver lucky i answer cause i don't pick up on peivate numbers but i was alteady informwd rhe the driver will be puclung ne up 30 minutes and hus car was cleaner5rhan the other cars but it need to ve woek on as well. I have asthma5and it does not like dysr. I wear a mask mist of rhe time anyways

Cab #41 did a hit and run. No one has contacted me regarding this incident. I am working with the police and the DMV to deal with this issue. This is unacceptable. I have been calling several news networks to help me get to the bottom of this!!! I do not have money to fix my car. I have a witness, pictures and I am waiting to see the stores could assist me with video coverage of the hit and run! If there was someone in the car they could've hurt someone and left the scene of an accident. Unacceptable.

We got a call a full half hour earlt asking where we were. We let them know the driver was at the wrong address. The guy still showed up almost 30 minutes late for our reservation then got lost at the airport. We had to ditch the car and RUN across the airport and got to our gate while it was boarding. We can't use a car service we can't trust will get us to the airport on time.

The rudest and most obnoxious people i have ever encountered I’m appalled that they are still in business. I’ve owned my store in Mineola for over 60 years. I tried to called a cab for an elderly gentleman who shopped in my store. And was told very rudely just because they did t know where a place was that they had no cabs for me then hung up before i could say another word the customer then called back and was told sorry “dude” i have nothing till 6pm and again rudely hung up on him. This business should be ashamed at how they acted.

Cab number 24, plate number n100526c. driving around cell phone to his ear, 20 mph below speed limit on main roads. Called company to let them know, they hung up on me. Claiming they are busy. Meanwhile, the passenger in the cab looks terrified, and I watched him make the driver pull over. Passenger beware, this cab company doesnt drive safely.

Today was the worst day ever with them,I had a 3:45 pickup and its now 5:25 and im still waiting for them. My Dr closes between 6:30 & 7. I will be in the office maybe 20 mins. Im going to ask them to wait for me considering Ive been waiting a longtime. If they dont i will be on the street waiting till 8:30 by the tine they come bk for me. NEVER AGAIN . I will be using another company

These ppl are not professional at all. He told me a price on the phone I told him I'll call him back so I can have my money in order. And when I called that p.o.s told me he is booked. And clicked on my face. Was very rude and should not be in taxi services. That guy on the phone needs to get laid. U can tell he's suffering from some type of frustration.

Very dissatisfied. Had to wait an hour for them. Not only that but the vehicle was dirty and moldy in the inside. It was raining and the rain was coming into the vehicle!!!! Terrible. Will NEVER call them again it was a first and last.
