Pedro and Adele were incredible in helping me plan florals for a small church wedding in only about a week! Even with their setup time cut short the day of, they made our centerpieces looks beautiful. Bouquets were gorgeous as well. So many compliments from my guests. Thank you so much!!!!
I found they provide an unreliable delivery service and unpleasant customer service. I arranged a delivery earlier today via the website and put a specific requirement of delivery that delivers the flower directly to the receiver or leave at the receiver's unit door. The flowers didn't come till after 3 pm so I called to check and the lady who answered the phone said that it was delivered earlier and left with the front desk since they didn't let the delivery person go up. I know it's a lie for 100% since the receiver's building lets any delivery go up to the unit all the time. When I said that and I left specific delivery requirements, the customer service was just silent. No apology or anything. I checked back with the building a little later, and they said they didn't stop the delivery person from going up. It's a shame their services were inadequate because their flower was adorable. I'd have become their regular if it wasn't for such inadequate services.
I've received quality flowers from this shop many times before but today was my first time coming in as a customer. The owner was warm and so helpful. He went above and beyond when helping me find a plant that would fit into my small pot. He even checked the roots to see it the plants would separate. I've very glad that I stepped into the floral shop today.
They do an amazing job !! Beautiful flowers/bouquets, I've been sending my daughter flowers from them for the past few years and I'm always impressed. the staff is very helpful and friendly. I will use this florist and highly recommend them
I order flowers for my sister funeral and I was very impressed with the service. It was a last minute arrangement and they did a amazing job. Flowers arrived on time and they look beautiful. Thank you so much for making the place look beautiful and smell amazing.
I love this flower shop. It has been around for so many years. It feels like home, like family. All the arrangements I have gotten from there have been so beautiful. I have also received flower arrangements as a gift from this shop and they have been exceptional. Never disappointed. I give them a 5+Stars
I placed an order online for same day delivery for a friend who was injured in a ski accident. I called later in the evening to see if I could reschedule the delivery as she was not going to arrive back home until later in the week. The person I spoke to was very kind and generously called the delivery truck to return the order back to the shop. They rescheduled the delivery for another day, and said they would make a fresh arrangement for the new delivery. The order was beautiful and my friend said that the shop did a really lovely job. I would order again!

They delivered a beautiful arrangement my husband and I had ordered for our best friend's funeral mass. They were unable to deliver for such an early mass the day of at 9am, so the florist went out of their way for us to contact the church and ensure the flowers could be delivered to the church the evening before. The flowers were stunning and were such a special addition to for our friend's mass. Thank you.
