Bobby and Audrey alongside Jayson who came out to quote our whole house generator system and then also crystal did a phenomenal job from the start with our whole house generator install. From hello they had a team who would take care of the entire quote process so then when day one came along you knew exactly what to expect . We had Jose and JT who installed the electrical components day one of the generator , installed the box, installed the generac and the concrete pad it sits on and run the cables which are high caliber ones thick sturdy inside the electrical panel so it's seamless. These technicians were flawless in their craftsmanship and overall level of customer service and grand attention to detail . From the time they unloaded the big boy from the trailer to placing it on the side of the house we were just in awe of how seamless everything was. Day two was the propane tank being dropped off and we chose to bury it in our land so is not exposed to the elements and it lasts longer and is more esthetically appealing . Heavy equipment of course was used. And the 500 gallon tank huge was buried . The estimator Jayson who has multiple decades of electrical experience told me exactly where to bury the tank so it wasn't flooded in high ground . Although we're not in a flood zone fyi this was very useful information obviously and we buried it right where Jayson suggested . I am writing this review prior to the entire process being finalized as we still have final connect day where we pass final inspections etc and FPL turns off the power . That day you would have to go golfing or go shopping etc for 6 to 8 hours as the power needs to be shut off so you can't be at the house. Then they teach you how to download the app so if you're away from home you get to see if the generator turned off if they power went out in case of a storm . Why am I writing a Magnus opus here ? This is an investment . But gone are the times where this is a luxury folks with over 20 storms developing this season as we speak. The peace of mind you get as a Floridian having a whole house generator with auto switch that will just turn on after the power goes out is non quantifiable ! Priceless ! All phase electric service has this entire process down to a science . See pictures below . Just a plus service with rock solid people . God bless you all .
