Looking at other reviews, I guess I was one of the unlucky ones. I hired All Pro last summer... I was cleaning off my front porch today and it reminded me how disappointed I was in this job. I wouldn't say don't hire them, but I'd make sure that you have the time and ability to look behind their work. This list includes the issues I had with this company: - they put the shutters on and THEN painted them. My house was painted off-white with a dark purple shutter. I have trim spots on the shutters and purple on the trim. - they only put one coat of purple on the shutters and it's streaky and not completely covered. You can see in the picture black coming through. - they replaced a significant amount of siding on our shed. The spacing of the siding was off and the recessed logo writing was visible. They painted it like that. I had to call them back after they were done to skim over that, sand and repaint. They also only put one coat of trim and siding paint on the back two sides of the shed, which I discovered weeks later. I had no interest in calling them back at that time, so I had to personally paint that. - I had them cut down a railing post and they didn't put primer on before painting, so now it's cracking. - couple out-of-sight siding issues that should have been replaced - The issue that really has my heart hurt is our front door. We replaced it with something we really liked and had high hopes. They painted it with a brush: 2 coats in one afternoon - one right behind the other so it was gloppy and uneven - it looked terrible. I called them back to redo it. So they took it off the hinges and laid it flat sanded and repainted. But they didn't take off the deadbolt. I don't know what possessed the guy doing it to not take off the deadbolt didn't save him any time trying to work around it. The result is not as clean as the bottom handle and a marked up deadbolt from sanding. I took handle off myself and I left the deadbolt because they were coming out in the morning and I needed to keep the door locked overnight. I own up to not checking up on the guy while working to ensure he met my expectations. I am truly grateful for the team for working at the height of summer heat making our house beautiful. It is stunning from afar. Just a lot of smaller issues - methods that blow my mind as to why they were done that way. Processes that seem counterintuitive. And all issues I really wouldn't consider having them fix, if they didn't take the time to do it right first go around.
Olinda and her team did an amazing job in our house. Very polite, professional and did the entire downstairs in 4 days. Their attention to detail is meticulous and the paint they use is fantastic and high quality. Wes, who you will meet when you get a quote, is extremely professional and the rates are very reasonable! I would highly recommend you go with this company.
We are in love with our beautiful white walls painted by the All Pro team! They do incredible work and, in our case, they went above and beyond to ensure that we loved the color. We HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for an amazing paint job at a very reasonable price. All-Pro Painting did an excellent job. They were easy to schedule with, friendly, and clean. The paint is well done. The customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Wesley and his team. They did a great job at a reasonable cost. They were patient and helpful in picking a paint color and trying samples. The crew communicated well as I was working from home and needed to know about noise throughout the day. They also came back and fixed small issues I noticed after the job was completed.
The People at ALL-PRO Painting did an outstanding job on our house. The house looks better than new and the crew was very polite and happy to please. I would highly recommend them to other people. Best regards, Dave B.
