This review was transitioned from one star to five stars because of their manager, Pavneet. I had an ugly encounter with one of her colleagues and was thinking about discontinuing receiving their services but Pavneet’s enthusiasm made me stick to them. Pavneet called me twice to make sure that I don't leave disappointed. She took all the details from me to fix the issue. She made me feel heard and provided an excellent solution to the problem. She is associated with this post office for over 21 years now and she really knows how to run a business and provide exceptional customer service. I am fully satisfied with the way she communicated and showed interest in fixing the issue effectively.
After spending a lot of time researching options, we decided to go with Jay to handle our marriage certification and civil ceremony. He did not fail to impress. He was extremely responsive along the way, and provided a perfect warm customized civil ceremony for us. Absolutely amazing service - I strongly recommend Jay!
Very friendly and helpful, I got my document printed, notarized and some photos taken. All went smoothly.
My mom needs to have her passport photo taken so she can renew her passport. So we went to ASC last Saturday, but we got there too early. It's to be opens up at 11am, but it was only about 10:30. We weren't not sure should wait outside for half hour or come back later. The lady inside the store saw us outside and decided to open early and let us in. That's very nice of her; saved us a lot of time and without waiting. A+
We needed to get the document Apostille and send to India. The charges were very reasonable. There was no need to make another visit to the post office and we were able to ship the document using their service. One stop shopping center. The staff was very polite and willing to help.
This place provides great service but you should avoid the younger guy who works there there's one one young guy and one old guy, the rest people are women. A few days ago I was in the line waiting for sending my package. I saw someone who was sending prepaid packages before me. The guy scanned the packages and carelessly left those envelopes on the counter and some even fell off the counter and he just walked away. I can see the sender was a bit concerned that the packages might get lost. I was hoping I will not be served by him, Thank God, a girl was taking care of my package and she was great. When you go to the place, AVOID THE YOUNGER GUY. His service is BAD. The rest of the workers there are amazing.
