All Service Moving and Storage Official

We had 4 movers and 2 trucks. Every mover was professional and courteous. They protected all our furniture with moving blankets. They protected our floors with cardboard. They were careful when coming in and out of doors so furniture wasn't damaged. I would recommend this company to friends and would use them again.

We used All Service Moving last week to move us from Strongsville to Willoughby. What a fantastic company. Heading into our move date, Ralph the owner, kept in touch. The moving team arrived right on time. They provided us with clothing wardrobes at no additional cost. this saved so much time packing and unpacking. The team worked very efficiently and did not waste anytime. It was 80+ degrees outside and they stayed positive through it all. They were careful with all of our things, even laying out a cardboard path in our new place so they would not mess up the new hardwood floors.They were funny and seemed to enjoy what they do for a living. I will never use any other moving company again.

Great service! They kept in touch with me throughout the whole process coming up to our move date, answered every phone call and email. The movers were great, very professional and respectful and took good care of our things. Once they came in and we'd signed all of the documents, it was like a whirlwind it all started happening so fast and they didn't waste any time at all getting things in gear. We were very impressed, if we ever move again, these guys will be the first ones I call. They had the fairest most reasonable quote, too. It was money well spent. Will never move myself again, this was the first time i'd hired a moving company. I got quotes from 3 other moving companies and this was the best.

We moved on August 5, 2014. Before we moved, however, we had several moving companies come out and give us an estimate as to the cost of moving us from North Royalton to Broadview Heights. All Service came out and gave us an estimate and immediately we felt confident that this company would treat our household goods with care. On the day of the move, the team of movers showed up on time, taking care to place cardboard on the surfaces that needed protection. The young men who moved us were VERY polite and considerate as they moved quickly throughout the house. Upon arrival at the new house, they again laid down floor protection. They moved the furniture, placing the pieces where we asked them too, and setting up the beds before they left. They were awesome and I can't say enough great things about this company. If we move again, we will be sure to use them again.

Second time I’ve had All service handle my move. Ralph went out of his way to squeeze my move into their schedule. Matt and his guys were really nice and very helpful. I’ve referred All Service to a number of friends and everyone has had great experiences too.

I recently used this moving company to move me and my family roughly about 10 miles or less. When I initially wanted to set up my moving arrangements I spoke with one of the owners Ralph Mentler. Me and Ralph had an awesome conversation and Ralph appeared to be very helpful initially. I searched around and after careful research and reviews on other companies I decided to utilize All Service Moving Company. Okay so the movers arrived on time which was a plus. However during the moving process one of the movers dropped one of my daugther dresser drawers. He did not say anything. But there was no need to there was a huge clump that sounded through the house. I looked out in the hall and the dresser was on the side with my daughter drawer out against the wall. I showed the issue to a gentleman who appeared to be the mover in charge. He stated that it was not that bad and that he could possibly knock some time off of my moving fee. He said his boss Ralph probably would only come out and maybe put some type of furniture paste or glue on the area that was cracked on the dresser drawer. So that there was a strike for me. Next after all of me and my family household items were finished being moved I was given the bill which had a hidden cost in it that was never ever discussed by the owner Ralph ever. There was a fee on top of the moving fee per hour per man. This fee was previously typed on the form as a flat travel service fee of $140.00. Now if this was a fee that is charged there would be no problem if this was discussed in my quote with one of the owner's Ralph Mentler. So for me that was strike two and three. So no problem I paid for the services. Right after I paid for the service fees I called the owner Ralph and in a very pleasant manner asked why the flat rate fee was never ever discussed in my quote. He stated that he thought he told me and that he mentions the fee one hundred times a day. He said it is his highest selling point the flat rate fee. Well if that is the case again so be it. But do not surprise your customer's with a hidden fee that just is not fair. Also if your men break or damage something while in the care of one of your worker's while transporting something. Please atleast be a company that owns up to your mistakes and repair the damage or replace what has been abused due to a lack of careful transporting practice. I will not ever refer this company to anyone. A customer that went from having a good moving experience to having to deal with a company that I will never trust again!!!!

Amazing crew and owner. I was in a bind and needed help moving furniture to my basement. They were very polite, fast and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them for any furture moves.
