I have 3 children at All Souls, Pre-K and elementary level, and could not be happier with our experience here. Each teacher so far has been very attentive to what our child's individual needs are, and the communication between teachers, students, and parents is excellent. The curriculum is up to date, technologically advanced, and I truly feel that the teachers have gone above and beyond what I expected to help challenge my kids academically to reach their greatest potential. All Souls has dedicated Spanish, Art, Music, Technology, and PE teachers, something my oldest was not getting in a local public school. The students are held to high expectations of respect and communication with their peers as well as the teachers and staff, and are involved in problem solving in any challenges they have either academically or socially. The community feeling here is also a huge plus. There is excellent diversity, and the experience of having so many families involved and getting to know my kids in activities both in and out of school is invaluable. My kids have different personalities, different academic needs, but they each love going to school here each day, feel safe, engaged, and that they are a valued member of their school family. I would recommend All Souls to any family without reservation!
All Souls school is a great school. The teachers are awesome and they have looked after my children. They are willing to go that extra mile. When I have a problem they deal with it immediately. We are very lucky to have a great Principal and staff at the school.
My parents went to this school and I am proud to be an alumni of this school. While I was at the school there were so many changes that took place by the Principal. My friends and I had a great time at the school. We enjoyed our classes and had a great time. We were lucky to have our own laptop and have the opportunity to attend Outdoor Education program in the 6th grade. We also had a wonderful time on the 8th Grade Washington DC trip. My friends and I often come back to the school to see our old teachers and the staff. We loved the cafeteria food as my other friends who went to other schools never had hot lunches. It is one of the best schools in the area.
I love All Souls Catholic School. It is a great place and my child is very happy there. The class sizes are great because the kids get to really know their classmates and the teacher and the teachers are able to give all the students more personal assistance.
I was a student there. When I went to school the kids from the start in the fifth grade, were very mean to me they made fun of me and criticized me all because I didn't have the gadgets that they had. The teachers and staff were nice, but they had poor strategies for consequences. When I started to 2014–2015 school year, the bullying started right then and it was worse than ever since the two years I started there. I was bullied, they were disgusted by my presence, I was neglected by the kids they made fun of me, I was not wanted there and I knew it. I know many other kids are being bullied there and their families know it. So I recommend that kids do not start or go to school at all to h I know many other kids are being bullied there and their families know it. So I recommend that kids do not start or go to school at all here. Even though some kids might start her in kindergarten problems just get worse each year especially in the middle school grades. So parents sometime even though some kids might start her in kindergarten problems just get worse each year especially in the middle school grades. So some parents realize that they are just wasting their money on the kids.
Bad service from the office. They did not accept my application for financial assistance just because I was single mom they bullying me out If you have relatives working here you're good if not then don't expect anything. They were more interested on my divorce case then trying to get me a appointment with the principal. Thank God we are in a better place My sons are now attending a Great CATHOLIC SCHOOL.
I rate All Souls Catholic School as excellent based on three reasons: 1 staff is truly committed to provide the best quality of education and enriching experience. Having been with the school community for nearly 9 years two kids – 8th & 4th grade, I can really see the unrelenting effort by the staff. 2 The school never rests on it laurels. Constant improvement in tech. – integration of Kindles, Chrome Books and Smart Boards; upgraded safety systems, HDTV screens, and soon…solar! Constant improvement in its curriculum and providing expanded learning opportunities such as speech club, chess club, academic decathlon, reading competitions, sports and band. 3 Lastly, the school community is good. It is rewardingly diverse. Overall the kids are very nice and polite - they are taught and reminded constantly to be respectful to others. Also, there is high family participation and all seem to share the common goal of providing a good/fun experience for the kids. The only downside…we wish the school had its own gym/event facility.
I was a student here a few years ago and I hated this school. I was bullied by a few of my classmates and the teaching staff did nothing to help, and i remember that i was even punched by a classmate in the first week of class. I use to cry about going to this school and beg my parents not to take me. Before i went here i actually liked school, but after being there i saw school differently for a while. Not to mention my fifth grade teacher was probably the most mean and nastiest teacher. I'm a young adult now, im 19 but if u are looking to bring your child to this school, please read this.
My child is currently in eighth grade at All Souls Catholic School and has never had a problem or complaint about anything. She has acquired good study skills and a lifestyles where everyone contributes and helps each other out.
I am so impressed by what All Souls offers my children in and out of the classroom. The curriculum is rigorous and the learning environment is safe. Can't ask for more than that.
