There are several other Catholic Cemeteries to consider. This facility IS NOT owned by the Archdiocese. The site manager Herb Snyder is a real piece or work. Don’t assume anything unless it’s in writing. He will lie straight to your face in an effort to end the conversation. His manager Rose Smith says similar behaviors. I have a strong suspicion they met each other while working as postal carriers. Cuckoo is the politest description I can offer. If you have the luxury of making future arrangements, visit the the site and see how poorly kept the facility is. Then make your final arrangements elsewhere. I've even set a calendar reminder to update this post on August 13th to let the general public know if this was a meaningless update or if they try and resolve some of my concerns. They have my cell # and email address so there should not be excuses. Updating this review either way is the responsible thing to do.
Wow, we are not the only ones to have a horrible experience with this group. If not committed, choose any other location! Herb and Rosalie are two horrible individuals.
While the grounds are beautiful, peaceful and serene, my husband's marker is covered in dirt this was an issue even before this past season with all the rain, the change in hours has made it impossible for me to go to the grave. It's like they do not care that loved ones may only have Sunday to visit. this was not the case when we purchased the plot 5 years ago. It's a slap in the face to the loved ones that this is occurring
