I rented a minivan for a weekend family excursion. It was amazing. We loved the extra room we had. It was gas efficient and ran great. It wasn't spotless when we got it, but we were so thrilled about our family's successfully pleasant mini-vacation and the smoothe worry free ride, we detailed the minivan before we returned it. Thank you All Star Rent-A-Car!! And the staff members were both women and sweet as pie.
I stopped here as a last resort to see if they had any rentals available. I had been to 4 different places and no luck. My mom and I walked in and met with Tammy who put us right in a car. It was fast, it was easy, and I will rent from them the next time I need a rental. I high recommend this place!!!
Pat was very helpful and got me a car on a day that all rental companies were sold out. There was a little misunderstanding upon the return but Pat quickly resolved it and I was extremely happy with the experience! Thank you Pat for taking care of me!
Wow!! Very impressed. They took care of my daughter which is in college and had no clue on what to do. They gave us an amazing price and she had the car with in 30 minutes of the call. I will definitely go to them before Enterprise. Thanks again for helping my daughter and treating her like an adult.
I walked in as a last minute resort. I needed a car to get back and forth to class and work while my car was in the shop being worked on. The process took less than 30 minutes! I provided the information on my end, paid the amount owed and drove off in a Nissan Altima. Quick, easy and painless process. I highly recommend All Star!
We rented a vehicle from them cause my husband was in an MVC. He had no issues with getting the vehicle and the lady was actually polite. She said they would take care of everything once the police report was done and not to worry about it. Well today he received a phone call with her gripping about he needs to come pay the days he's had the vehicle or else he's going to be charged this and that. She was being a real b*tch to my husband. I would not recommend this company. That lady was very unprofessional. No need to be rude.
Hello, The woman working in charge of the front office really helped us giving us a rent with debit card, she made our weekend trip possible. The car was great and the mpg too. Thank you All Star!!
Rented a car due to issues with Enterprise. When I called ASR I asked the specifics, DO YOU OFFER A MONTHLY DISCOUNTED RATE of course the gent on the phone answered yes, so DOES ASR OFFER UNLKMITED MILAGE because in my roll I drive allot of miles answer why yes we do! Last question on your monthly can the total rental be split into 3 payments He responded that will not be a problem! I Took car back to enterprise and picked up car from. ASR. The rate was 16.00 less per day and the monthly rental cost was $850,00 which is an avg of 260.00 less than anyone else! I had the car week one mechanical had to exchange cars NOTHING SAID ABOUT THE FULL PAYMENT BEING PAID 2 weeks and 4 days I receive a call from the same “LADY” mentioned in many of the complaints! She stated She needed the additional payment or I could return the car immediately! I explained what i was told, she wasn’t hearing it!! I AM IN ODESSA ON A JOB SITE! She stated that’s fine I’ll call and report stolen and file theft of services! In a nut shell “COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, likely why she’s working at a rental facility, the local franchise owner must be afraid of her because she’s calling the shots!
if i could give 0 stars i would.. i had spoken with a man about renting a vehicle and wanted to reserve one he said no need to reserve because they had vehicles to rent. i called today to see what all i needed to bring and a VERY RUDE woman answered the phone and said she didn't have any cars i tried to explain that i spoke with a man yesterday and she continued to cut me off saying idk how he told you that because we have no cars.. i am very disappointed seeing that i was referred to them from someone who only spoke highly of them for me to be treated like this. i will never attempt to do business with them nor will i refer anyone to them.
Don’t go here, the fat lady that works there is a nut job that assaulted my fiancé we called the police and they refused to return my money I paid for a rental car that they stole from us 2 days before it was supposed to be returned. Also, the lady sent harassing text messages cursing and calling us crack heads because my vehicle was vandalized in their parking lot! I have video of the assault where the fat lady slapped my fiancé in the face!
