Jim is the BEST!!! We recently needed to complete our rebranding process. A big part of that was getting new signage put up. We had a total of five pieces needing replacing. Start to finish, we were done within a six days. Jim was clear during our phone call. I sent the measurements via email. We did two sets of back and forth for the proof, and once approved those signs were up within two days!!! Completely reasonable price. Full install. Extremely easy to work with. The installed was cool as well! I will be permanently using All Star.
Hands down, the best in the business! Fantastic customer service, fastest turnaround time, great quality signs and affordability you cannot beat! Time and time again my real estate signs are complete and ready for pickup within 30 minutes of emailing my order. I can't say enough great things about Jim and his crew!
I went in about an hour before closing to order some "for sale' signs that I needed. Both Jim and Trevor were extremely helpful and really friendly and easy to work with. I had my signs printed right on the spot and I walked out with them in less than thirty minutes!! What great customer service!! I definitely would recommend them!!!
Printed my window decal in the wrong size and asked me to pay for a re-print after admitting that he assumed I wanted a smaller size than the dimensions I sent him. Also printed a banner here, sent a black and white graphic and got a faded dark green color banner. Fast service but don’t expect quality customer service or product.
I stopped into All Star Signs about 15 minutes prior to them closing one afternoon and met with Jim about making me a decal for a truck I am restoring for the tailgate. Once I painted the truck, the stock "EFI" decal was removed and this decal is not available through General Motors anymore. Not only did Jim make me a custom decal in the finish that I wanted, but he did it right then! This is customer service beyond what is even imaginable these days. Major appreciation to Jim for the time he took to make my day!
Always use for my custom signs. Great pricing and great timing.
