If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Troy and her lovely husband are absolutely amazing. They have the best customer service I've ever experienced. If I ever need a U-Haul I pick it up from them. I never have any problems. The facility is gorgeous and I never want to go anywhere else. I absolutely love this place so much. Do yourself a favor and come here
Place would be better if the place wasn’t made of straight wood and bare wooded storage units and the people breaking in and easily getting into any unit they want to or if everyone was treated equally instead of stereotyping some people they might have gotten a better review and rated a lot better.
Troy and Mark, the husband and wife management team are just amazing. Very helpful and caring. I got behind more than once and they worked with me while I caught it up. I was with them for 5 years and always friendly and helpful. I just emptied my storage and Troy worked with me, giving me plenty of time to move it all. The owner cares about his tenants. It’s a very clean place . The prices are very fair, better than any other storage I looked at. If you are looking for a storage for your stuff please consider All Storage N.Rancho.

Service is good. But prices are hi.
They Never Apologized For Their Failing to Activate The Gate Code, Their Error, And Treated A Paying Customer With Disrespect, Period, Read My Other Summary About The Two Scumbags Husband and Wife Team. Neither wanted To Help and They were Yelling at one another, To correct Their Error, The Wife Troy Reluctantly did Help and Lectured me That I Needed to continue Calling By phone, again Since She didn't answer the Phone She wanted Me to wait until she eventually checked he phone messags that are usually retuned if they get around it The next Day.
Mrs.Troy is a Jem! She made signing up for my storage units a breeze! Corey was awesome giving us a tour of the property explaining the rules and regulations as well as walking us through how the gate system and security system works. Mark who I believe is the manager made sure to come out of his office to introduce himself and thank us for our business. I would definitely refer this place to anyone!
They were amazing people. Faired priced. The units were secure and clean, no bugs, no theft, no weather issies over two years. When I moved out i had to leave a few things behind and they were very understanding and helpful. I highly recommend this storage place.
The people who run this facility are great! Easy to get in and out of. If you have a unit upstairs they have a lift and a cart with wheels. I feel like my stuff is safe here.
My father passed away and when I tried to access his storage unit I met nothing but problems. Even after showing proof of his death through coroners reports, death certificates etc... I was given tons of difficulty just to be able to access his unit even though he gave me an extra key and had access to his unit. They made me pay tons of money in fees on top of having to pay his rent as well which was already paid. Absolutely horrible people with no sense of humanity
