Description

My name is Cheyenne and I became interested in the travel industry after my 17 day adventure through Italy and Greece in 2015. I fell in love with Italy's food, landscapes, cliff-side cities and people. Travel has always been an important thing in my life. I grew up traveling the country in the backseat of a car with my family. I have my parents to thank for my sense of adventure, as well as my love of hiking and camping.

I decided to pursue a career as a travel agent in January 2016 and have since then made it my full time job. I love helping people follow their dreams of traveling to a place they never thought they could, as well as help them escape the North Dakota winters and send them to a beautiful beach!

I love learning about new destinations, trying new foods, traveling to places I've never been to, and photographing beautiful landscapes!

Through my services, I strive to make your planning process as smooth and easy as possible, while providing a rich travel experience. You never want something unforeseen to happen on your vacation. But if it does, I will be there to clean up the mess while you are enjoying your vacation.

Karen organised an amazing writing and wild swimming retreat in Scotland which exceeded all expectations. Beautifully organised in a comfortable lodge with delicious food provided by a chef and a stunning view of the Loch. Would definitely go again!
I had a great time at Travel Matters' swimming and creative writing retreat in Scotland. The activities, the group, the accommodation were all fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed myself whilst learning how to swim safely in cold water in the most beautiful surroundings. A great success!
We cannot thank Karen and Maryna enough for helping us plan an incredible trip to Thailand this summer, one of the best holidays we've ever been on. Very helpful travel agent. Travel Matters compiled an excellent itinerary for us in Australia and New Zealand. We tinkered with it a bit and suggested a few changes, which Travel Matters were happy to make. They made all the bookings, and provided a very helpful handbook with all the details. They also helped us to find seats together as a family when we were unable to do so ourselves on-line. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I thoroughly enjoyed taking part in Travel Matters' Wild Swimming and Writing Retreat. Not only did I get to learn more about cold-water swimming during our daily dips in Loch Tay, the retreat gave me the time and space to step back from writing to tight deadlines and be a little more creative. Stucktaymore is an amazing villa and I met some lovely people, too, who made it a welcoming space in which to try out new ideas. I'd definitely go back!
It was our first time using the Travel Matters team in July 2022 but we will definitely be enlisting their help for future holidays. The options they gave us when we were choosing a holiday were fabulous and their communication throughout the process and ahead of the holiday was excellent. The fact they know their recommended locations first-hand was valuable in terms of extra advice and tips. Thank you to the whole Travel Matters team for organising a wonderful holiday for us!

I think this must be the 7th or 8th travel plan we have done with Travel Matters - so aptly named as they really do care about your holiday experience from start to finish . Our latest jaunt was to Mexico and the brief - a mixture of culture and beach - was brilliantly executed . We had three different locations , great ground staff and real insight in terms of what we were experiencing . Will continue to use them as they listen and always deliver !
