So happy I found this local barbershop! I bring my little boys and Keith is so good with them and goes above and beyond to give them a good experience and a great haircut. Very hospitable, kind and good at what he does. Thank you Keith!Service: Kids' cuts

Mike is an incredible barber, not only giving me an awesome haircut but informing me of how he did it so if I was on the East Coast for work I could advise them what guard to use etc. I would Highly recommend this barbershop!

Love the atmosphere. My Barber does an outstanding job with all o his customers. Very friendly and easy going. He loves his job and takes very good care of his customers hair.

Best barbershop in California, nah nah nah nah, in the WORLD. When i would go back home to Egypt in summer, last thing I do before I leave and the first thing I do when I get back is go get a haircut from Keith or Evan. If you’re looking to get as clean and fresh as physically possible just come here.

The WORST Customer Service EVER!!! The Owner has previously cut my 12 yr old Son's hair twice before.....KNOWING the CURRENT look & Hair style he has. My Son specifically said, line up & fade the sides...as usual & ONLY cut this much off the top...SHOWING THE OWNER about an inch. My SON said, keep it same.... Mind u...REGUARDLESS WHAT OR HOW THE CUSTOMER STATES HOW...To cut his hair.... IT IS YOUR JOB AS A EXPERIENCED BARBER TO REITERATE & CLARIFY DETAILS VERBALLY REPEATED BACK TO Customer to MAKE SURE That's.what they are asking for!!....& KNOWING the CLIENT IS A... Child ONLY 12 Yrs old! U KNEW danm WELL....he was NOT HAPPY....when my Son left. HE STILL PAID U & WAS NOT disrespectful! So I contacted the Owner to try to CLARIFY....& ask WHY his hair is SO SHORT!!! Completely NOT ANYWHERE what his Current Hairstyle was!!! Mind u....The Owner had the ODASSITY To RUDELY talk over me....I couldn't even get a word in! So I got upset & said, I will be there to get my $ back...REGUARDLESS IF it's Small amt OR NOT....U LET the Customer Parent Speak w/OUT being Immediately DEFENSIVE....U would have UNDERSTOOD...WHAT I was asking OR saying to clarify! BUT NO....WHAT I SEE....IS U DON'T give a danm about a continued Client.... that now was in tears when he left! By the way, ...I NEVER called U stupid.... I said, his haircut looks stupid!"....because, AFTER U had the ODASSITY TO BLAME MY Son, & U were blaintly VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, & RUDELY talked over me from the very start! &..... EVEN WHEN I showed up at your Shop to get my $ back that U offered.... IN FRONT OF another Client & HER SMALL CHILDREN! U JUST SHOWED Your TRUE COLORS! Try to make the Upset Client's Parent to look foolish!! UR RIGHT, I'M NOW SAYING IT..."YOUR THE FOOL!!!" Customers & Referrals are very IMPORTANT IN MY BOOK! LEARN HOW TO LISTEN 1ST....Then their is a way to FIND OUT & KEEP it professional REGUARDLESS what or HOW Client responds!! I am in a Customer Service Industry over 20 yrs myself & have also Graduated from Federico Beauty Institute.... U Know darn well....THAT IS NOT HOW to respond WHEATHER U AGREE w/Client OR NOT!! My Son NOW CANNOT get a continued NEW PERM ON Top of his Haistyle, because u did NOT PAY ATTENTION OR MAKE an EFFORT To comply AT ALL!! Now it IS OBVIOUS WHY you had the NERVE to RESPOND UNPROFESSIONALLY! I WILL File a complaint w/THE Cosmotology/Barbering Board Jerk!!
