I rented from Lou for about almost  7 years She is very good Landlord in my opinion very kind and thoughtful. I wish I never left but there just isn't anything available but if there was I'd always come back Never had any issues!!! This is a slum Lord company owning real property in Pullman  Mi. Which is one of the only counties in Michigan  that has no zoning! I have personally witnessed  multiple  low income people  that have bought  the property  on land contract over the last 25 years and they haven't  been able to live there for very long. The house was condemn 15 years ago, but some how Allegan real estate and the non zoned lee township continues to let it happen.  We have offered  to buy the real property for the last 25 years but with no response from Allergan real estate. Next We will be contracting  the media! This has also been contributing the the on going drug addiction in this country and the the local non zoned township has turned there minds of government to to protect there non zoned interests!

I would NOT recommend this place, Lou quoted one price and then charged another. Then when we questioned her about it, she got defensive and went on to explain how smart she is and that she’s the owner/broker which was very unprofessional. We won’t use her again.

The owner of this place is a complete idiot and major money hungry slum Lord she rents out houses and doesn't want to spend the money to fix them or upkeep them yet she charges way over what they are worth she offers a land contract so long as you put down basically all that the house is worth and then in the end you are spending over 20k dollars more then what the house is worth and honestly they way she runs her business it honestly doesn't seem like she knows anything about real estate management or renters rights because she feels she can show up and go through the house with renters in it without notifying anyone she's coming over and takes complete strangers through the house whether there are kids in the house or not so honestly I would suggest if your looking for housing look somewhere else this place gets one star only because in order to place a comment you need to give it something

Great person love it I would buy another house again

A RIP off landlord or slumlord and someone who doesn't think of others
