I became a new patient of Allen Dental last week. From the moment I walked in I knew I was going to LOVE the dental practice. The lobby was tastefully decorated, clean and inviting. The lobby also features NOT ONE, but TWO American Flags. The receptionists were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous when I walked in. I did not have to wait long at all before I was called in. My hygienist, Jamie was amazing. So nice and efficient. I left there with unbelievably clean teeth and a big smile : I am so happy and fortunate to have found the Allen Dental team and look forward to returning at my next 6 month cleaning/check-up!
This dental office has served me well for more years - actually decades !! - than I would like to admit. My hygienist Jill is the best ever!! And all the dentists in the office give great care. The front desk people are caring and very courteous. Allen Dental takes wonderful care of their patients. What more would you want?
I have been going to Allen Dental now for approximately 10 years. Office staff are so pleasant and I love my dentist, Craig Allen, and hygienist, Nicole.They are extremely accommodating and never leave you waiting. It’s the only dentist office I have had that truly work with you and the insurance and do not recommend anything unless it is absolutely necessary or desired by the patient. If you’re looking for a great dentist office I highly recommend them. They’re in Braintree!!!
I had a cleaning done today, they were on schedule. I needed to have X-rays, wasn't sure the Insurance would cover it, they said that they wouldn't charge me for the x-rays if the insurance didn't cover it. I was very surprised and thrilled that they actually cared about their clients welfare over a payment. There is a lot to be said about a dental practice that does that. I highly recommend them, they do excellent work.
I am so grateful for Allen Dental. I went through some years where I really ignored my oral health. Doctor Jen was so calm and nonjudgemental and came up with a great treatment plan. I am so happy with the result. Everyone in the office is so pleasant and works hard to give you a good experience.
My family of 5 3 children have been with Allen Dental for 18 years. Simply put, they are the the most efficient professional medical office I have ever been to. They have a very high regard for their customers time and work hard to not waste that time.
Just changed over to this dentist office They are practical, knowledgable and honest. Everything was explained perfectly to me. Was told by another office I needed 3 crowns and root canals. Allen Dentists said I need a filling. I am switching all my family over to them. The honesty is so refreshing.
I have to say that I enjoyed my experience! Thanks to Dr. Handwerk and her Assistant Michelle, I was able to handle this visit while having much anxiety. For the first time in my life I finally feel comfortable going to the dentist. I can’t say enough about how completely comfortable they made me feel, but I can say I have finally found a dentist that I will be going to for the rest of my life- or while I still have teeth! Lol!
I was very pleased with the bridge that was created, the temporary bridge that came first and the precision of the bite when the bridge was completed. Every step was efficient, professional and caring. The dental assistant who assisted in each of my visits was caring kind and excellent as well.
As always, they took me on time early, actually!, were very friendly at the front desk, my hygienist Nicole was clear/upbeat/caring/knowledgeable, and the lead dentist didn’t make me wait more than a minute at the end before popping in to do his inspection.
