Watch repairs:
Allen's watch and Clock service is dependable! They will work for you when your timepiece won"t just like other machines that run 24 hours a day 365 days a year, a watch needs maintenance. Let us give your timepiece a little TLC. Most watch manufacturers and I recommend an annual test for your water-proof watches as well. The seal on the crown can get damaged and let humidity and dust into the movement.

Since they have been designing and creating custom jewelry for years, repairs are easy for the family!

Not that this place or the EXTREMELY honest, kind hearted, professional and knowledgeable husband & wife team who own and run it need any MORE 5 out of 5 stars or 10 out of 10 but I had such great experiences there I figured I'd do my very first and only review EVER in my 56+ years alive. First, I am only visiting California and when I called to ask if they replaced watch batteries and to see how much. When my reply was "Yes and 10 dollars" *TEN!! DOLLARS!! WHAT!!?. Since all the previous places I called charged quite a bit more, I set a time to go there and have it done. While there I met Rod & Carely etc. and as Rod replaced my 'late' father's watch battery, we conversed about multiple topics partially about coin collecting which we both do and that I also had/have with me my father's wedding band that I used to wear as a pinky ring but it was too tight and 2 of the larger diamonds fell out. Hopefully I've learned my lesson not to wear ANY jewelry while playing sports, working in the yard or doing ANYTHING that might damage or cause loss. I found one of the 2 diamond and had/have that also. Anyway after he looked at it and told me how much it all would cost me to make the ring larger, put the diamond I had back in the ring AND put ANOTHER same high quality diamond in there, I was EXTREMELY surprised at how very....VERY reasonable his quote was. I have included some pictures but they don't show that Rod takes SUCH **GREAT** pride in not only *TRULY* doing the 'right things' but going even MORE above and beyond what he agreed to. I am not suggesting that he will do the exact same 'things' for you if you go there but for me, instead of just 'stretching' the back/bottom of my ring, he actually ADDED MORE GOLD *AND* polished it which he also did a FANTASTIC job doing that too at NO extra cost to me. I don't know about 'you' but to 'me' when someone.... when ANYONE not only does GREAT work whatever that might be and you SEE that person GENUINELY takes pride in whatever work they do but ALSO takes that EXTRA step, that....THAT place is worth mentioning so others like yourselves can know about it. .....and apparently by all the MANY others who gave 5 stars and PERFECT reviews, I am not the only person who thinks & feels that way.
the first time I ever visited for my Rolex submariner, I was so happy with the way I was treated and taken care of ! Such GREAT AND EXCEPTIONAL customer service. this is the only place I come to and Rod is amazing !

Excellent service at reasonable rate. Recommend this shop for your watch or clock repair. Battery replacement is done at reasonable rate. Band adjustment is done perfectly. Allen is an expert and gives excellent tips on how to manage your watch so that it will be long lasting.
Two watches repaired on the spot and Two left for repairs that required parts to be ordered are very precious to me not in cash value but in memory value. I have trust he will be able to fix the broken display and movement. I will update when i receive them back. But the two that were fixed quickly are working perfectly. Allen was friendly and social.
Allen changed my watch battery, cleaned my watch, and performed a waterproof test for me for only 25 dollars. He showed me how the waterproof test machine worked; it measures the watch in a chamber with pressure and in a vacuum to make sure the watch case is sealed. I appreciated the work he did and would trust him with my watch, even if it were a more expensive one. He is certified by Swatch Group, which owns Omega, Tissot, and Hamilton watches, among others.
The owner is very personable, kind and friendly. I needed a new jeweler since mind closed to repair and replace batteries for my numerous watches. I found my new guy here.
