My wife had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with this office. While the services rendered were acceptable, there was a mistake made by her insurance which created a year and a half long dispute. Whenever she would call the office, she was treated very rudely. Her most recent call to inform Kim from billing that insurance had figured it out and requested a new claim was as follows:  Monday, my wife called, but Kim from billing doesn't work Mondays. She was instructed to call on Tuesday after 9am EST, which she did. She was informed that no one from that office was taking any calls and that there was a note for her to call on Wednesday after 10am. She explained that this was an important update in this year and a half long issue and expressed frustration that she was being dismissed. She had other calls to this same office where she was not treated well.  She was told, "Well, if it has being going on that long, one more day isn't that big of a deal, honey."  Needless to say, we are never coming back to this office and its associate offices.

I had to call here a few days ago about an ongoing issue that has been going on for A YEAR AND A HALF mind you. I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking to a woman who rudely called me names explaining that my issue NOT that extreme. I NEED INSURANCE HONEY. #firekimfrombilling
