I'm so grateful that I found a well-managed facility that also considered me personally. These days everything is so impersonal and it was refreshing to call Kathy who recognized me by my voice and number. She patiently walked me through a few payment options. They saved me quite a bit of money too. At the conclusion of my need for storage in Flagstaff they wished me well and honorably handed me the deposit, gracefully overlooking a couple shortcomings on my part. I recommend Allguard wholeheartedly.

I rented 2 units from all guard for about 9 months and have no complaints. Just pay your bill on time and give a 5 day notice before you plan to leave and you will have no problems.

The manager is extremely kind and helpful. She took much care in helping me with renting one of the units. Best customer service i have seen in a very long time and as such i will continue to rent at this location for the foreseeable future whenever needed.

Allguard is a great storage facility, clean, and the units are secure. On-site manager, locking gates with easy access, this is a great place to rent when you need a little extra storage space.

I am changing my review from a one-star to a five star because the owner was quick to address my issues and really made me happy. I just want to put it out there if anyone has any issues here go ahead and make a comment and they will get back to you and address your issues promptly. In my experience that is how you run a great business. thanks again!

Receptionist was incredibly rude and hostile with no provocation. Was very unpleasant from the moment I walked in the door. I decided to rent elsewhere just so I didn't have to have her berate me any further. Considering that the receptionist is the FACE of any business, I hope they decide to hire someone more appropriate for the job to be the first person you see when you walk into the business.

I have been renting here since last June. I really miss the woman who worked the desk then. The person that they have working there now rude, condescending, and frankly rather hostile with no provocation. She makes comments on how much stuff you have, how often you’re there and it’s just rude with any requests or statements she makes.

I have used Allgaurd storage for over 10 years now. I love this place. They treat you like family. They are truly concerned about your property. I've received calls when my RV cover starting to tear, and when it was starting to blow off. Thanks for always being so kind.

I've been renting for 1 year. Price increase 50%. it's ridiculous.

Yard is well organized although the spots are a bit cramped, might be difficult for some to park their camper. Has an RV dump station for "residents" but is available for a few to travelers. Managers are helpful and courteous.
