Thomas Faubion is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in 1971 and the University of Puget Sound School of Law, Juris Doctor in 1975. Thomas is a member of the Tacoma-Pierce County, Washington State and American Bar Asociations. He has extensive experience in the areas of professional service corporationsm commercial litigation, family law, estate planningm and real estate law.
Rebecca Reeder is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration and Seattle University School of Law, cum laude. Rebecca has been with FRFC since 2000. She regularly serves as a pro tem commissioner and arbitrator in Pierce County Superior Court and is a volunteer mediator at the Pierce County Center for Dispute Resolution. Her area of practice includes family law, probate, collection and landlord tenant.
Nelson Fraley II graduated from Washington State University in 1991. After spending two years with the law offices of Cozen & O'Connor (one of the country's larges corporate firms) in Seattle, Nelson attended Willamette University College of Law receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1996. After graduating from law school, he became the Judicial Assistant to Judge Brian Tollefson, Pierce County Superior Court, Department 8. Nelson represents clients against Federal, State, and Municipal government, large and small corporations, insurance companies, and government agencies. He is admitted to all courts in the State of Washington, both federal and state.
Daniel Cook obtained his Juris Doctorate from Oak Brook College of Law in 2003 and is admitted to practice before both the Washington and United States Supreme Courts. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association Family Law Section and the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association Family Law Section. Daniel joined FRFC in 2008 after spending five years with a high volume exclusively domestic relations law firm. He has extensive family law experience, including trial work, and continues to represent clients in dissolution, paternity, relocation, non-parental custody, modifications of child custody or support and related domestic cases. Since joining FRFC, Daniel has expanded his practice areas to include estate planning, minor criminal defense, landlord/tenant, collections and general civil litigation.
Nicole C.B. Hancock is a graduate of Gonzaga University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2005 and a Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2008. Nicole has been a recent addition to the firm joining FRFC in December 2010. Nicole spent the past few years immersed in criminal law and business practices. In returning to Pierce County, Nicole shifted her focus to the areas of business and and estate planning. Her family has owned and operated a local business in the Pierce County area for almost 15 years. She understands the obstacles and struggles businesses face in their day to day operations while managing the rights and interests of employees. Nicole is admitted to all courts in the State of Washington, both federal and state. Her areas of practice are estate planning
