Alliance Urology Specialist

My whole experience has been a good, professional and caring one. I was seen promptly with minimal waiting time. Dr. Winters is the absolute BEST and was patient and caring and answered all my questions and concerns. He has a great personality. He and the staff made a scary situation easier to endure. I'm fine now and have been completely cleared and I want to thank everyone at Alliance from the bottom of my heart for a great experience. I would highly recommend Alliance.

This is a doctor who has a friendly manner and a sense of humor. He is able to take a serious issue and give confidence that it can be resolved. Dr. Herrick never rushes your appointment and will take time to answer any question. I feel very lucky to call him my doctor.

Very nice staff. They make sure that people understand what they are doing and what needs to be done. Not just mumble everything people need to know and then just walk out of the room. I have used them a couple of times over the past couple of years. Never had any problems at all.

The whole office ran like a well oiled machine from check in until you walked out. The staff and doctor ran on time. The lab was well organized and efficient. They worked being as conscientious of your time as well as that of all the customers. The doctor was very knowledgeable, asked questions, and was a good listener. I did not feel rushed and I felt cared for as a person as well as a patient. It was a pleasure going to this practice. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

I was super nervous but the process was great! The doctor was good with the process. The best part was the black female nurse who talked and walked me through the procedure I felt as if a friend was there with me the whole time. Thank You. She made the anesthesia process smooth. It didn’t take long and I was up and out of there. If I had to change one thing I would say their appointment/customer service phone line. You have to wait for years every time you call to get info or change an appt. The billing line was great! Andrew answered quickly and always made making a payment easy for me. He even gave me the direct extension to call whenever I needed to pay. Overall mostly a good experience. I recommend highly.

Everyone in every department was so kind an professional. Dr. Bell’s P.A. Larry was very informative and he made me feel heard and found me my diagnosis. I am extremely satisfied with my care at Alliance.

I have been going to Alliance Urology Specialists for 3 years now and I have nothing but great things to say about them. The desk lady’s where you sign in and out are very polite and helpful. The nurses that I have seen have been very friendly and helpful. And my Doctor Dr Herrick is absolutely amazing and his staff are really wonderful. So if you need an Urology place to go I recommend Alliance Urology.!! Thanks

Easy to check in/check out, short wait time, and staff were excellent. Dr. Herrick listened, responded thoroughly and thoughtfully, and took time to devise a treatment plan taking my needs and wants into account.

The staff at the front seems like they are backed up as it takes a long time to get through to speak with any office staff by phone. Checking in is fine with the “kiosk” type equipment but only 2 were working the day of my appointment one or two were out of order. This caused a bit of a line with patients trying to get off the elevator. Once checked in, the appointment and process went smoothly as did the checkout process

Great care and wonderful staff. Lab techs and receptionist were kind informative and professional. So thankful to have been referred to Dr Winter and his kind assistant. He’s a answer to my prayers. Wonderful place to be as I go through my treatment. James Hancock.
