This is the most horrible school I have ever been to in my life. You might as well say there is no instructor because she never answer you or responds to any email that you sent her about your assignment. I didn't even want to give them a star because they don't even deserve a star because they are the most worst school in the whole entire world. They don't even give good instructions on how to use a lot of the stuff that's on there which makes it very hard to complete your assignment. To me their whole setup is dumb and don't even make no sense at all.

I learned a lot on my phlebotomy program! I really feel that it added a lot of knowledge to my cna /medication aide diplomas. I really feel a crank up in term of medical knowledge and phlebotomy of course! Very patient and dedicated teacher and easy to follow and fun class on line and very detailed exams to check your knowledge !

I have just completed the Pharmacy Tech course and could not speak more highly of this school. Ms. Short and Ms. Harris were happy to guide me through any glitches in the software and kept up with me on any reminders and forms needed throughout the course. Through a breakup and a subsequent move, the coursework was manageable go at your own pace with weekly Zoom style classes and the hands on clinicals at the end were fun and helped me learn things even my own job had not taught me as of yet. Definitely recommend for anyone interested in pursuing a Pharmacy Tech license!

This school is shady!!! I did the medical assistant course but like 3 weeks in i decided that it wasn't for me. I emailed them to withdraw and at the time i was still within the refund period. It took them a month to finally respond and then once they did respond I was told it would take up to 45 business days for me to receive my refund. However, here it is 9 months later and I have not received anything from them and now they don't answer my calls or respond to my emails! Do not go to school here because if you decide to withdraw and consequently deserve your money back they will vanish and you will not receive anything! BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!!

Paid the $50 registration fee to enroll. Filled out student orientation. 2 weeks prior to the start of class I have not gotten one call back or email back to answer any questions. I’ve filled out and signed the same forms now twice and shows I need to do it again. I don’t even know when my class would be because they made me select both the day time and evening when I first supposedly enrolled. or even if it’s in person or online. They give little to know instruction and make you figure it out yourself. A professional institution would have admissions contacting every student that inquires. Scam.

My friend and I completed the medical billing and coding class back in May 2020 along with the course evaluation survey. We have emailed and attempted to call no answer & still haven't heard anything about any certification or what to do next. We understand that there is a pandemic going on but there has been zero communication. We paid for this course and have done everything on our end to no avail. Not to mention throughout the entire course there were duplicate assignments and hardly any help from the instructor. I do not recommend this institution whatsoever.

I signed up for Medical Billing and Coding with a friend of mine in February 2020. Due to the pandemic, our class was switched to online which was not a problem. Since being switched to online, the instructor Shawntae Henderson has not had any communication with us. I was charged $400.00 more than my friend for the exact same class. The course was supposed to finish on May 25, 2020, which I had several assignments that did not even get graded until June 6th. I have reached out several times with no response. I finally reached out again July 15 asking about my certification of completion, I was finally contacted back July 17 and was told that my certification would be mailed that week. Here it is August 17 and I have still not recieved anything. I will not tell anyone whether or not to affiliate with this place, but I will suggest doing A LOT of research first!

I find AlliedRxa really good school, with devoted, caring and experienced teachers, and extremely supporting management, both on and off campus.

This is only not a one star review because they are refunding me for my deposit.  Attempted to take their phlebotomy course. Right from the get go there was a serious lack of communication. Their website stated the course would be on Thursdays but they were actually on Fridays. I recieved an email from enrollment stating I would receive all necessary documentation by end of day Thursday so that I could pay and login for my course. End of Thursday comes and I have emailed the advisor and called to try to obtain my login info. No response. I call again Friday but they are closed and attempt to email my professor but get an invalid email response. I spend forty five minutes the following Monday attempting to speak with someone on the phone only to receive a mailbox full notification. I email them threatening to contact their governing body for the blatant lack of communication nd that's when I finally get a response saying I was not privy to my login info, despite it being their fault, because I did not pay . They refunded my money for my deposit at that point. All in all, this was a huge waste of time and money as I cannot get a refund for the text book that I already purchased
