If you want your equipment working do not I repeat do not take anything to them. I dropped off a pressure washer and returned to pick it and it was in pieces. The guy said since I didn’t want to have it fixed then I’d have to pay him to put it back together missing parts and all just bad service. After I paid a deposit. I should have read the reviews first.
Items ordered were available on date quoted. Reasonable prices, wait time, and very courteous tech. They’ve had our business for years. Trustworthy!
I have dealt with many small engine shops over the years and by far Allied Small Engines is the best that I have encountered!
Very disappointing in there services! When you use your equipment to make a living you need to have it back in working condition in a decent amount of time. They have have the mower 3 times and each time had the mower for 20-30 days with no updates. Replace a wheel motor but didn’t fix the oil leak and I took it back it’s has been there for 20 days now agin and no update I went to pick it up and get told I think I need to order a hydraulic hose !!! So I just took it and taking my business elsewhere!!! You have been warned they will heehaw you around for months and your equipment still not be fixed and not to mention $1,700 later!
The couple that run this place are a amazing team. So friendly and helpful! They work great together handling all angles of possibilities... The atmosphere because they are married makes it a pleasure to do business here.
They were able to get me an obscure part for a good old fashioned and reasonable price. Highly recommended!
Saw this post a few days ago and even messaged to ask if it was referring to the 48" mower. When I go up there with the money in hand to buy it, Martha, the manager, says it was her mistake and its actually $500 more. I even showed her the messages where she confirmed the $4500 deal was for the 48" mower. She refused to honor what she said in the messages. Very poor business management. Not to mention the post is still up with the wrong amount listed.
I’m still in the parking lot. This place is terribly high and the worse place I’ve ever been to. They just diagnosed my power washers and charged a checkout fee behind my back before I could check them out when they did absolutely nothing to fix them. I bought a new one instead. I didn’t sign anything to agree to pay a fee? Make sure you look at the small writing on the door! Go anywhere but here. In addition, the parts are 25$ to replace amdvthey came up with part prices that were 80$!
Short handed..not able to help
This place was clean and the people were very helpful.
