Last three visits have been been over an hour wait. Each visit they have had to reenter my insurance because their system didn't save it. 3rd visit I left after an hour wait and asked them to call to call me when they could. I talked on the phone for under 2 minutes to refill a prescription and was billed $211 but they have informed me they gave me the "discount rate" of $160. If you go here. Call ahead to check wait times. Push for nurse line and be your own advocate.

The Drs and Nurses here are some of the best I've ever experienced. I went from specialist to specialist to find out why I have a vibration in my headthought it was my ear so started off with ENT after going through several specialists I was desperate for answers and went to my primary care Dr Linda Aulciums, she told me she would get to the bottom of this. Ordered me an mri of my brain finding a rare brain issue, the day my results came back she wasnt in the clinic so nurse Emily Raven took the time to call me and said she spoke with someone to discuss the findings in my MRI and didn't want me to have to wait to find out my results so called me to let me know what was going on and referred me to a neurosurgeon. I'm so thankful for these people,they truly care about their patients and they go above and beyond. I'm forever grateful for them.

I've been going to this clinic since I was 16. I'm now 36 and still see the same doctor. She always make you feel like family. Great staff too!

Called Allina back in June to get scheduled in with a doctor I had not seen in quite a while. The day of my Appointmenttoday August 1st they call and tell me that they cant see me as the Doctor is not taking on new patientswhich I agreed has been a few years, but why would you still be allowed to schedule with them?. I wanted to see a particular doctor and scheduled with them multiple months ago, only to be called the day of and be told I cant be seen.

Very pleased with every part of our experience today. This was the only clinic in the entire metro area I could get a same day appointment for my daughter who had strep symptoms. They were prompt and courteous on the phone and upon check in. The nurse was pleasant and thorough, the doctor was extremely nice and thorough and helpful, wanting to switch my entire family to have him as our primary, it was such a great experience. Thank you Dr. Mantzaris!!!!!

My son went for a follow up appointment for an illness he currently is battling. He is home from College recovering and thought he would go to Allina Health Cottage Grove for this appointment. What a horrible mistake. The Dr. walked in and said there was nothing she could do for him. What kind of Dr. Is that. She did not even ask any questions. Unbelievable!

Every single doctor we've come in contact with here is top-notch. We also enjoy the receptionists and the lady who handels referrals. Great clinic!

Over 15 minutes to schedule a second shingles shot. Call center person very nice but doesn't know what is going on. I would rather be speaking to the Actual clinic personnel vs. a call center. Didn't even schedule it at the end of the call, as they wanted to set the appointment up as a physical. Very frustrated!!

Really bad experience - definitely do not recommend this specific location. I do not want to disclose my health conditions so this is just a high level summary. A test was ordered for me but the nurse forgot to have me complete the test at the beginning of my appointment. At the end of my appointment I asked my doctor if I could complete the test before I left and the doctor neglected the urgency of taking this test as she allowed me to wait 4 days to take this test and made up excuses for taking the test before I left the appointment . I believe the doctor was careless and unprofessional because I had the last appointment of the night and it was evident the doctor wanted to end the appointment and be done for the evening. I called the next day to speak to a manager or supervisor to express my concerns but of course was not able to speak to anyone so they took my name and number and said they would call back. I gave them 1.5 days to call back and no response. I called back today to follow up and of course was not able to speak to anyone and instead was directed to leave a voicemail on the managers line. They claim I will receive a call back by end of day- but with my past experience I won’t believe they’ll call back until I actually hear from them. So here I am now writing this review because it seems like there is nothing else I can do. It is very sad and disappointing that physicians nowadays make it so obvious that there is no sincerity with physician care to patients and that physicians do not genuinely care for their patients. I know it is a general statement to make about physicians but it only takes one bad physician or one bad experience to change ones perspective on all physicians.

Allina health call system are horrible. I'm trying to have the medical opinion signs and took 3 months still didn't get it done. Call center staff and receptionist never in the same page. Each time I called I got different answers and excuses. So horrible customer service.
