My practice is focused on adults, couples, and children age 8 and up. I have extensive experience treating people with anxiety, panic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, post-partum depression, disabilities, substance abuse/dependence disorders, and ADHD. Therapy is provided on an individual, family and couples basis. I utilize cognitive/behavioral therapy and emotion-focused therapy to help my clients.
Additionally, I provide LLPC supervision to Counselors wishing to obtain their LPC license.
