Allstate Freeport Office

This insurance company must be going under the way they have been ghosting their customers. You cannot keep ignoring your PAYING customers because at a certain point it becomes criminal. I recommend people getting a public adjuster to get their issues resolved with Allstate. Don't keep waiting on a call that will never come.

Haven't been paid n over a month they've got my car,title an everything they need an still no check Worst people I've ever dealt with an I am gonna report thus to the better business bureau

All they want to do is take your money but when your trying to get the money back they say they you need to talk to a manager. Oh but wait no manager seems to be available when you call, all different days and hours still no manager . Seems to me like all they want to is take your money and I even asked for a manager to give me a call back and 4 days later still no call and I keep calling to get a manager, still no manager available.

I was abused by an Allstate colleague and superior, Lacey Reid. I have the abuse recorded. She mocked my mental illness and purposely added to the stress. - making my illness way worse - that's abuse, and I had to take 2 days off to take strong medication to prevent panic attacks - which Lacey laughed about.. Allstate has elevated her to a leadership role in human resources I know, human resources. So allstate knows she's abusive but won't fire her. Meanwhile she will continue abusing others.

Great place to work. A very relaxed atmosphere, and the benefits provided are a plus.

Fun place to work. Excellent amenities and plenty of parking.

I only visited the auditorium, but it was modern and so high tech.

Beautiful business campus. Plenty of guest parking.
