The Allstate Staff was extremely helpful  when purchasing my Insurance and maintained contact throughout the process. Fortunately, I haven't used my Insurance. Yet, Staff proactively reached out to ensure I was satisfied with the Insurance and the costs associated with the purchase. I recommend Allstate Insurance and the Staff.

After I was in an auto accident and had contacted local authorities I then immediately called Mrs. McKnight. Within minutes after calling her a tow truck showed up which she had called in for me as I was a blubering mess. When I made it to her office to fill out a claim she first helped me get the mascara off that was running down me face and then walked me through my claims process. After the claim was complete, which again took just minutes, I quickly had a rental ready thereafter. THANK YOU

If you get them to quote you a homeowners policy make sure you take it to another agent for a second opinion I thought I was getting a homeowners policy they wrote me renters policy as the homeowner now that I’ve had a total loss I found out thar that a homeowners wasn’t what I had I took them at face value that they were selling me a homeowners policy Big mistake
