I moved to Steve Craft Allstate based on a referral from a friend. Marcus Craft was incredible professional and accommodating even coming to our home on a Sat morning to have us sign documents to make the transactions smoother and he saved us a ton of money. I highly recommend them.

Steve Craft, Marcus Craft and the team are incompetent scam artists. They love to sell polices that pay them commissions but pay nothing in the event of loss. Steve, son and the team could care less about your well being and only think about profits. Get your insurance somewhere else!!

Follow up and service is terrible. I myself work in the service industry and have clients of my own so I am not one to offer harsh criticism is a mean spirited or knee jerk way. These guys do not understand client service, they simply collect checks for the parent company and serve no purpose at all and they also gave me their word and left me hanging when I needed them.

So far real good gave me a way better deal than state farm i was with state farm sents 1998 all state gave me alot more coverage for the money
