Not the 21st century yet. But they have diligent attendants and friendly. I’m not coin operated but the change machine gives $5 of change at a time. I was delighted about that. Who needs $20 of quarters. I hope they become more digital soon.

Very clean, machines always work, friendly staff, vending machines and beautiful sky view from my complimentary outside seat while I wait for my clothes to dry

Tere is helpless, blames anything on the boss, who hired her and apparently care less for maintenance, keeping it clean or keeping Tere in shape with her noise and bad attitude. Aloha will certainly not be welcome you with a colar of flowers but with rushed washers and slow driers they do don't keep up with.

Very affordable pricing but all machines don’t work and hospitality is not valued here in my opinion. I had trouble with machines cycling water and I went to ask for help, front desk lady doesn’t speak English, and it seemed like I bothered them to ask me to help me. In my opinion, it wasn’t that clean and the music was a bit loud.

Steer free from this laundry mat at all cost. Owner is absolutely disrespectful, machines leave your clothes smelling worst then when you first put them in. Machines will randomly restart and management will refuse to recognize the issue and make you just keep wasting money. Happens 3 times management was there when this occured and said it's the machine itself and nothing they can do. No refund. Absolutely absurd

Theresa the attendant did not allow me to use the cheaper washing machine although I was waiting for it patiently and she had finisher her load. I explained that I had a one small load and the persons wash she was doing was not in the facility. She has the ability to use the other washer as there were many and all the other washer were that were $2.00 weren’t working. This is very unprofessional of her and this is not the first occurrence. The last one was when she didn’t want to refund my $$ when the machine in middle of the wash stopped working. But I of course thought maybe it’s a misunderstanding but apparently not. Can’t wait to get my washer so that I don’t have to use this FACILITY.

Lady was helpful, our washer did not add water for some reason. We moved clothes to another machine and she paid the 5.75 - we found a washer that had the water temp selector panel installed upside down. It confused people who lost money trying to use it. Crowded layout.

Lady very rude....doesn't speak English. The machines I used were not well functioning...wasted my time and money. I used two machines that are not working... even for the next costumer after me. The owner want to refund only one machines. I showed the lady hiw the clothes were not even wet. I'll get my money the best way...don't worry.

Says ten close but they turn you away at 9:00 when washer only runs 20 minutes don't waste your time here bad drying anyway. If not spanish definitely turn you away go elsewhere. Bad place bad experience and nobody cares not owner not anyone.

Machines are perfect for the laundry needs
