I was looking for 3 possible 4 units from them. I understand it was very late. I was just looking for information about the units. Wasn’t expecting to any info back. Then I get a ignorant text back. I understand the timing of my text which was late But to reply back ignorantly is pretty bad for a business. You could of just let that go to the morning. You won’t get my business. I’m sure this place is pretty shady.

In less than 1 month after making my first payment the manager cut my lock off and proceeded to put my items for sale on Facebook marketplace with out any notice whatsoever. My wife saw one of our items listed, which prompted is to go to the storage unit and call the Sheriff's office. After that we called the manager who claimed it was a mistake and that he had all of my stuff in his garage. When I asked him about a bunk bed posted on Facebook, he said he would call me back he clearly did not have it in his garage. A couple of days later I met the manager and his mover at the unit where he apologized and said he would give me my next months rent free. He said he had confused my rental with a previous center who owed $600 to him. After that they loaded my stuff back in and he gave me a used lock with only one key, and one of my items was missing. The manager told me it was in his garage and that his mover would get it to me. Two weeks later and numerous calls and texts to his mover I had to drive to the movers house and pick it up myself.

The owner is a really nice guy, if we have any problems or questions he's quick to respond. Great place!!

Owner is extremely unprofessional.when I called to inquire about a unit there was no answer then almost immediately after was contacted via text message and told to pick a storage unit and tell him which one and he would put my name down; there was no contact in person what so ever. After I did as instructed I later tried to contact again for payment and the Owner STILL did not answer my phone calls or attempt to make contact with me in order receive my payment. After a month and a half I attempted to reach out again to access my unit, he then told me he had sold my belongings. Owner then proceeded to tell me I had not made a payment in over 3 months and said that he attempted to notify me through another customer about my unit being sold and belongings auctioned off. I did Not once receive a warning of any sort let alone a bill. I am Currently going to court to fight it.

Storage was ransacked and robbed. The owner will not even answer my calls or calls from the authorities working my case

Cheap good location I am a returning customer.

Got me a unit same day, and the process was simple and easy! Shed was clean and ready to be loaded!

Very reasonably priced. Big space for the price, No worring about saftey at night ,dry space and easy to work with.

Place was robbed and totally destroyed
