Awesome department that helped me this afternoon with a non-emergency incident. The three men who arrived at my home were very professional and friendly as they located and addressed the issue. This morning I walked into the Alpharetta Fire Station with an unusual request for assistance. Paramedic Kevin Hook immediately came to my aid in a kind, friendly, and professional manner. Though the help that I needed was not in the usual line of a paramedic’s duties, I am grateful that he had no concerns whatsoever other than to provide whatever service was needed to the public.
