This poor patient was told the visit would be covered but then LINDA went around and said “NOPE you have to pay in full. $200.” As anyone would be upset over this, the patient called to try to settle the matter and Linda was incredibly rude over the phone. Because of Linda’s unprofessional abominable behavior, the patient chose to pay the $200 in pennies, which I feel is justified and by law, the office is required to take the payment. Linda and other staff then berated the poor patient and called her names like “nasty girl.” And many other very mean and demeaning comments towards the woman. The woman did not say the name of the doctor’s office in her Tik Tok but I searched and sleuthed for hours to find the right doctor’s office and I finally did. This office is terrible and shouldn’t even be under operation. The woman caught all of the confrontation between the office staff including Linda and herself and the patient was perfectly calm the whole time while the office, specifically Linda, hurled insult after insult at the woman. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. I don’t even live in Nevada, but if you are looking for a doctor’s office FIND ANY OTHER ONE."},{"text":"Worst medical experience of my life! No bed side manner.. no compassion for a grieving parent, and he constantly interrupts without listening. I have never seen a doctor so judgmental in my life. My visit with this doctor turned a day already difficult day into an afternoon of endless tears and heartache. Shame on this doctor... you are correct Dr. Swanson death does happen but a grieving parent does not need you to say"it happens" when they tell you their child has passed away. I’m very happy with my decision and will proceed to have my family move to this office for the foreseeable future. He left the door open while talking to me and the entire office could hear. Isn’t that a violation of Hippa laws. The front receptionist was very rude and abrupt to not just myself but all patients calling in and coming in. The MA was awesome, but I just didn't like the way I was made feel when I was there the office Manager the wife Linda was rude and disrespectful. But I was treated more like they were assuming I was some kind of drug addict which I find very offensive. I am a professional myself in a retail industry and I just didn't feel very welcomed there and I won't be bringing my family there either. I called back to request detail billing and Linda Insulted me saying horrible things. Being more personable with people and maybe checking to see if they are feeling better and at least act like you care about the patients in your care would be nice."}]
