If you want Barn doors in your house Alpine is the place to go. I was looking for help with Barn Doors for my home and the staff were unbelievably helpful. They directed me to a German manufacturer called Beyerle that Alpine distributes and they had exactly what I was looking for. the design, quality, and style was pure perfection. Beyerle even had a soft close feature like the high end cabinets and drawers so the door is so quiet and runs so smooth on the track. Even my contractor said it was the easiest one he has ever installed. It has changed the whole look of the room, and it is the envy of all of my friends. No more swinging doors. I did not realize that it was a space saver as well.
I locked myself out of the house while letting my neighbors dog out while she is on vacation and Ben was here in no time to save the day! He was professional and kind and was able to get me back into my house very quickly. I would highly recommend Ben and the team at Alpine Lock & Safe. Thank you!
We have purchased hardware from Alpine on multiple occasions, and had them install new hardware and fix problems with existing hardware. The staff is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. At our request, Alpine even made a late-night service call to assist one of our neighbors, who had locked herself out of her house. We have done business with a number of similar businesses in multiple states. The service we have received from Alpine is by far the best we have ever experienced.
The people at alpine lock and safe were so helpful this past week when I needed a new key for my ski rack. They had good communication and remembered my name when I came to drop off and pick up. Very nice, very professional.
I managed to lock my keys in my vehicle this morning 4 degrees outside and Alpine Lock and Safe was wonderful to work with. Tiffany took my call and had a tech out to me within minutes. Brandon is the tech who arrived and he made short work of solving my problem. My expectations were set, met, and then exceeded. Thank you for all you and your firm did to install the electronic deadbolt in our Copper Mountain home. I appreciated all you did to find the thick door kit, and keeping me informed. Brandon did a great job yesterday and conducted himself as a professional. He showed up on time, went straight to work, and did a beautiful job of installation. He took great pains to cleanup the area after he finished the installation. He took the time with me to explain how the lock worked and how to add or change codes. Working for an interior design firm, I get to deal with the guys at Alpine Lock & Safe fairly often. The process is always easy and the service is great. I highly recommend them.
We recently renovated our Beaver Creek Condo in which we had three challenging areas: 1. Combination dead bolt on patio door that had to be slender in design and meet building specifications. 2. Pass through dead bolt to match the new hardware selection, fit a custom thickness door, meet building specifications and master key system. 3. Two new digital safes to fit existing closet configurations. The Alpine Lock and Safe team removed the challenges, took care of all three items in a professional and timely manner all via phone, photos and email.
