I continue being very satisfy with the logistics of Alsop services, product and competitive prices. I had renters insurance service with Alsop and Associates for 4 or 5 years and my experience was so positive that since then, I have added auto and earthquake also. I will say that my first agent was the perfect match to work with she was attentive, courteous, reasonably easy to connect with by phone or email and I felt welcome upon contact. My original agent was changed about 2 or 3 years ago. Although, I'm still very satisfy with the products and prices Alsop provides, my interacting with the latest agent is not as smooth. My responses to phone inquiries aren't as quick. I am sure the agent is trying her best to be attentive to my need but I find myself feeling rushed, at times not comfortable asking questions because what I perceive as intruding in the agent's work. However I continue being very satisfy with the logistics of Alsop services, products and competitive prices and will recommend them highly for reliability.
So fare so good all around no issues. Using the app is a PLUS, BEEN a customer for over a few years no problem very satisfy with the full coverage rate given highly recommend trying this company for your insurance need.
Amazing service, they really listen and pair you with the right thing for you. The follow up and timeliness is appreciated as well. I've gone through nightmare after nightmare with insurance companies and Alsop and Associates listened to all my concerns and addressed them to come up with a plan that worked best for me!
The lady's working in this office are a very rude and have poor customer service. If your looking to get allstate insurance definitely call another office.

Tina Rivas is truly the most genuine insurance agent that I’ve ever had. She bundled my car and renter’s insurance in order to ensure I had a better deal than in the past. If I ever have any questions about my plan then she, without hesitation will answer them thoroughly. If ever in need of someone as amazing as her as an insurance agent then give her a call!!
On top of things!! I've always had a great experience with Allstate handling insurance on all my properties. Would definitely recommend using this office with it's great team!
Insurance is not something most people care much to deal with myself included but I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Allstate, particularly my agent Tina Rivas. She is always extremely helpful with any questions I have and quick to respond. Upon renewal she always provides me with multiple options and is able to provide information to the benefits of each so I feel like I've made the decision best to suit my needs. Thanks again!
In late October, I decided to change my auto insurance to Allstate. My Agent is Danielle Self. Working together with Danielle was easy, and flawless. Danielle made it easy for me to choose my coverage and needs for my new policy. The coverage I currently have is much better than my previous insurance and I save $50 a month. Allstate has been very professional and has followed up with me as I settled into my new policy. I am very happy that I made the change and am proud to know that I am in good hands with Allstate! Bad business and they will keep half of your money when you have paid the policy in full in advance and ahead of time. We were customers for 10+ years and this is how we were treated after all this time. We had canceled our policy due to poor customer service and account management. Pretty bad when you are constantly getting phone calls from the agent office, the clerk is telling you how your bill is past due and hasn’t been paid. Our policy bill had been paid with double payments and yet they couldn’t get it straight. This was a 12 month policy paid in full the first 6 months of it. Epitome of poor service!!!
