I’m very nervous and have avoided doctors offices and visits for years. Had a very pleasant experience with each staff member I interacted with. The doctor went above what other doctors have done for me and took note that I was worried about costs. She made sure I was getting prescription a sent to the most affordable location and more. Loved it. I don’t see what all the hate is from. Front office staff was perfectly fine. Very nice, got everything done quickly and professionally.
They are a mess. Scheduled an appointment a month out for an annual checkup, get a call a week out and they tell me they have to reschedule me and the soonest they have is another month away. Decide that is fine. Get a call a day before appointment talking about needing to pay for a physical when I come in. I reiterate that I am going for an annual check up which is included in insurance they say okay. Show up to appointment and again they state I need to pay for physical. Explain I'm there for an annual checkup and is included with insurance plan. They say fine but if you talk to the doctor about anything else health related it will be charged as an office visit. Are you kidding me? I cancelled appointment and left.
I love whole staff at Altamonte Family Practice. They show empathy & compassion for their patients. When it comes to my medical care Nurse Practitioner Cindy & Dr Krupitsky also all of the team there are spot on. Thank you, Thank you for taking great care of my medical needs and most of all listening to me. Again thank you you guy’s for everything.
This place is horrible… that’s why there’s sooo many bad reviews! They are not professional, no bed side manner! Seriously this practice needs to put the shoe on the other foot… people are coming and PAYING for your help and you turn your back on them and have no common courtesy to even return a phone call… how is this helping and healing ? you are all unprofessional! You don’t really care about your patients all you care about is freakin MONEY!! A regular patient misses an appointment which u guys originally changed around and the missed appointment comes with a 45 dollar fee!!! Are you serious!! Inflation is ridiculous and you wanna charge a fee like that… this practice should be ashamed of themselves don’t be surprised if one day someone decides to take legal action against you People please look around for a better place to take your family this is not a good place. And speaking as a mother you know you want the best care for your family
Practice was good ten years ago when I started there but every time you start liking a provider, they LEAVE. After going through Tanya, Paula, Steve and the office treating patients horrible, I’ve had enough. Poor communication, billing issues, short staffed, and on and on. Was even called the wrong name by the last nurse, Lynn.
Doctor Krupitsky has been my Doctor for over twenty years, he is the best!!! Very sweet, also his medical assistant Roxy is wonderful!! He always goes above and beyond for his patients! One more thing… He is brilliant!!!!
AFP is a very caring office from start to finish! The staff and doctors are very patient and go the extra mile to make someone like me with anxiety issues feel comfortable!
Just called to schedule new patient appointment they transferred me to their voicemail very unprofessional. I hung up and called back 6 times and every time it sent me directly to their voicemail without the holding music. Terrible office staff who must not like their job.
My most recent experience was very good. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Sophia was especially nice and helpful .
The front office staff is horrible. The first time I was seen I really liked the nurse practitioner I saw. She left and now there is almost nothing good about it. They have made appointments without telling me then told me I didn’t show up. The staff is rude over the phone. I got a call about money I owe and I was just there a week before. Why didn’t they tell me then? They said I can’t see the doctor until I pay on the vm. I would have been happy to pay last week when I was there if they made me aware of it. Then if you try to call they don’t even answer. They make it difficult to get prescriptions filled and make mistakes on the dosage when they do get around to filling them. I needed antibiotics and they told me in a one line message in their portal they don’t call them in without an appointment. They didn’t come up with an appointment time or anything. It is awful. I am looking elsewhere. Patients don’t come first here and you have to jump through hoops to get what you need.
