No one spoke to me for 5 minutes. I saw associates helping other customers but no one talked to me until I had merchandise in my hand. They told me they could hold the stuff I had at the register but I wanted to hold onto it because I wasn’t sure. When I finally made it into the dressing room they told me I wasn’t allowed to bring jewelry into the room but I saw them bringing hats and hair clips to other guests. I went into the fitting room but didn’t even try on anything because I was so upset. I felt like I wasn’t allowed the same shopping experience as the other customers because of the color of my skin. I didn’t realize things like this still happened but today I experienced a feeling I’d never felt before. I won’t ever shop here and I would never recommend this to any of my friends. There’s plenty of other boutiques that treat me, a person of color, as a human being rather than a potential shoplifter.
Cute store! The employees are happy and helpful. I would definitely try to go there again. It's nice to have everything set up to appeal the eye. It's so overwhelming when stores look like my closet. This might be a bad thing for me but, the fitting rooms are cute and makes you want to try on clothes. Their mirror makes everything look nice on me that's dangerous.
I love that they add a couple extra items to your dressing room.
So this will be a lengthy review because excellent customer service is such a rare find these days. So I have been to this store twice. The first time over the summer I had my 3 Year old daughter with me. I was shopping trying to find a dress for attending a beach wedding. The customer service was unlike any experience I have ever had. The staff was friendly, and helpful bringing multiple color, sizes, and variety of dresses to me in the fitting room. All while entertaining my daughter and being kind and playful with her in order for me to attempt to find something. I have really bad Scoliosis and it was causing difficulty in a particular style of dress for the Zippers. I ended up spending nearly 3 hrs their and bought nothing. They where so nice about it. Spending all that time and not making a sale. Something that stuck with me. I recently went shopping over the holiday here a second time and remembered how great the staff was and wanted to check it out for fun with my 2 children and 2 family memebers who have never been here. Once again the staff and shopping experience was a complete delight. We probably spent 2-4hrs shopping ,trying on 30-40 outfits each. We ended up purchasing multiple leisure outfits. All while my 2 young Children were playing around the store. All while the staff was so friendly, playful and kind towards helping me shop with children. I was VERY Pleased with the experience,price of items I bought, and quality of product. Highly reccomend this shoping experience. Most likely I will be taking my out of town guests here for shopping again this week. Thank you so much.
Super cute clothes! If I could buy the whole store, I would. Very overpriced though, so I only buy from the sale section when I can rarely. Should definitely give out coupons or a rewards program with deals/discounts, would make me want to get more!
I bought a pair of shoes for $80!! You’d expect good quality but after wearing them for 3 hours, they were ripped down the side, and I couldn’t return them due to the employees telling me they looked like they had been worn....customer service was even worse. The clothes are fine, but do not buy shoes from them, I blew almost a hundred dollars on shoes and no compensation or help from the mgmt. the shoes might have been tampered with or damaged with before I bought them, but this waste of money is inexcusable.
If I wasn't with my fiance I would have left within 2 mins. We weren't approached by any staffing for over 10 mins, they were at the very back of the store talking to one another. The only thing saving this from being a one star is the store looked great and you can tell they take pride in the stores appearance.
Love the store but didn't have the best customer service experience at our last visit. I think they were just short staffed but some of our items rang in wrong and it wasn't addressed and rack fell over and they got upset with the customer when it wasn't her fault.
This place is a disgusting joke. They buy all their clothing from wholesalers, slap their tag on it and mark it up like crazy. You can get the same exact clothing items someplace else for a lot less that actually treats their customers and employees with respect and integrity. Not Altar'd state. They pay their employees minimum wage, make them work like mad, and they say that they are a "Christian" based company. So they mark up prices on stuff that's not even made by them and they treat their employees like garbage. I know this because my sister worked there. Highly recommend staying far away from this hypocrite company! Oh and they racially profiled and accused Andrea of shoplifting when she had not. They eventually realized that she had not shoplifted at all. Just jugded her because of her skin color. Like WOW!!!! Do not be ignorant and buy clothing from here just because of their "cute" branding that is only intended to take as much money from customers as possible. If they were truly "Christian" based they would have higher respect for people who actually choose to shop in this backwards shop. Yeah it's an altered state. They alter the way you look at stuff in their store from the tag they put on their stuff and their branding and marketing. Do not let this company rip you off and take your hard earned money just to make these "Christians" pockets fatter. Will be writing a Facebook review as well altar'd state.
On 05/26/18 I was racially profiled and accused of shoplifting. Ironically, I did not shop at this Vendor. I made a purchases at Express next door and Macy’s. When I left Macy’s I was surrounded by about 5 or 6 police. After PROVING they were mistaken and I met with my accusers. The RUDE employees at this Vendor admitted that they had made a mistake, but Refused to provide their District Managers phone number. Do not shop at this Vendor or any of the merchants at Town Center Plaza!!
