Absolutely love my haircut with Serene. I told her what I wanted and showed her a picture. She discussed ever step with me and it turned out beautiful. The salon is nicely appointed and has a very relaxing atmosphere. I will be going back for another cut and maybe some color with Serene. Thank you!

My stylist Serene gave me a Brazilian blowout. She made me feel very comfortable explaining the process step by step. My hair feels so soft and healthy now. Serene is awesome, and I will definitely go to her again for more services.
I am SPEECHLESS! I literally have never loved my hair as much as I am right now. My hair has never looked like a masterpiece, a work of true art and passion. Coming in I had no idea what I wanted and Loralee figured it out in less than a minute. I put it all in her hands and it was the best decision I have made for my hair. What a wonderful experience. She put so much time and effort to ensure the perfection of her work and it paid off. When you book an appt, they make you pay a deposit of $92, which is understandable for no shows. I booked and the day before my appt, I got a call stating the stylist was sick and needed to cancel my appt and asked if I wanted to rebook. I stated I would look at her schedule and see. There were no spots for 2+ weeks so I called asking for a refund for my deposit. The receptionist did not know how to process a refund and suggested I talk to the stylist. I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was going to be busy for awhile, but she promised she would call me back same day. Two days go by, no returned call. I've also emailed 3x. I'm not sure why you would have someone working a front desk that didn't know how to work the credit card machine. I still have yet to get this resolved and needless to say, I will not be using this salon in the future as it was going to be my first time going!
Wow! It's just absolutely fantastic! Morgan, the esthetician here, does my facials, and she has absolutely transformed my skin! I'm obsessed with the Hydrafacial, I've never experienced anything like it! Hands down, my favorite service! Loralee takes care of my hair for me, and she truly is a gem! If you haven't been by yet, make an appointment. It's worth it! Best spa/hair service I've ever gotten!
First time there. Very nice attentive staff, and the building was clean other than a few pieces of trash on the floor that multiple employees walked by and did not pick up. My stylist was nice and made time for me despite me being a last minute scheduling and a few minutes late. All in all a very good experience
Ember is the most knowledgeable and considerate esthetician ive ever met. She really cares about her clients and she gives the best facials ive ever had. I can't recommend her enough.
The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, the environment is clean and beautiful, but there are a couple of things to be aware of. They do NOT have someone who specializes in curly hair, even though I asked the front desk prior to making an appointment and received a specific person. So those with naturally curly hair AND wear your hair that way this is not the place for you.The gal was nothing but nice, but curly hair is obviously not her specialty. Secondly, for the awful haircut it was extremely expensive, this is a boutique type of place so expect to pay boutique prices. Outside of being mislead to believe that the person working with me had specialized in my hair type and the cost of the cut, they are nice. I ended up going elsewhere to someone who actually specializes in curly hair to get it fixed.
