Insufficient hours of operation, and ridiculously slow and arduous drive through windows. Tellers are friendly, yet painfully slow to deposit a check into account, and more often than not there is a line with only one teller. Drive through hours for a Friday are 5:30 PM and lack Saturday service.

I love this Bank!! The employees are always very professional, friendly, and helpful,, no matter what I ask them to help me with!! I like the policy of letting them know when you go away, so your account is not compromised. I have never had a problem here. And I wish I would have known about Kasasa a long time ago!!

Convenient location.

So frustrating when Duncansville branch closes their drive through 3 mins before they are supposed to on a Friday.

My mother made me a savings account when I was little, needless to say 22 years later I'm still here just this time I have a checking account. I love Altoona First they always are friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff. I don’t use the drive up window; instead I go inside. I always get in and out really quickly. Haven’t had any negative experiences.

Worst bank ive ever had to work with!
