My son had an old tube that never fell out stuck to his ear drum and needed it removed. He kept insisting it was not in there and he was just having a bad ear infection with allergies and that is why he could not see my sons ear drum and put him on multiple rounds of antibiotics. He would not listen to me that the tube never came out. He told me even if it was in there he could not remove it. Took him to another ENT who instantly seen the tube and a polyp on his ear drum and scheduled us immediately to remove the tube and place a patch over the hole on his eardrum. Dr. Balazs has no idea what he is doing. His staff however, is AMAZING!

Completely dissatisfied with our visit here. Would not recommend especially if your child is needing to be seen. We were dismissed as if there was absolutely nothing wrong even though I listed literally everything that was concerning. They scheduled a follow up to see if my child got worse.. worse would be not being able to breathe at all at this point. I took my daughter to another ENT and they IMMEDIATELY confirmed there's a problem and started coming up with a plan. As a parent, the health and safety of my child is my top concern. They did not give me any feeling they cared at all. However, I can say the nurses and assistants, absolutely amazing!

I repeat do not go to this Dr. he absolutely does not listen. Everything is allergies. I have a hole in both my ear drums that I had since July 2022 from when I got Covid. I have not had problems with my ears since I was 5. I’m now 47. I try to explain to him multiple times that I have been put on multiple antibiotics, steroids and nothing is helping. He said I can do surgery but let’s try allergies test and shots. No it’s not allergies or this would have happen way before I got Covid. It has been 3 months that I have been dealing with this. Again do not go to this Dr because 1 you’re wasting your time because he don’t listen to his patients. I know how my ears feel not him. This man put me in tears because he won’t listen.

I saw Dr. Balazs and 0/10 would not recommend. I have a condition called CIU essentially chronic hives and he did absolutely nothing to help treat it. I'm not sure if he just ignored it, or if he didn't know what it was, but either way I've been covered in hives for over 6 weeks and he did zilch to help treat me. As an allergist you'd think that he would do more but nope. I moved from Columbus and my insurance told me he was the only allergist in the area, that they covered, so I had to see him. Worst decision ever. He was more concerned with my ears being stopped up than the fact I was covered in hives. Head to toe, COVERED. Seriously people if you can see another doctor, do so.

Ive had a ear infection and everytime I come back I just keep getting antibiotics there is a underlining reason why I keep Getting these infections
