As a personal trainer, I offer 1-1 training, partner training and classes. 1-1 personal and partner training times vary.
Balanced Body is a full body workout for women of all fitness levels. Bands, body weight training, intervals and yoga are used for an incredible workout! Expecting mamas are more than welcome and modifications will be made based on individual needs. There are books, games, puzzles and toys available for children (children stay on the fitness floor with the class) Some children even join the workout! Class is offered MWF at 9:30am.
Commit to Fit is an 8 week program for men and women of all fitness levels and meets 5 days a week for 45 minute workouts that include resistance training, intervals and yoga.
2 class options:
5am-Monday-Friday
6am-Monday-Friday
Nutritional coaching is part of the program! Perfect attendance is not required but is rewarded!!!
