Amandeline Gallery began in Rehoboth Beach in December of 2006. Owner & director, Jeanne Ponko, has been an art consultant for over 25 years. She has worked on numerous commercial and residential projects across the country integrating artwork with interior design themes.
Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and started her career as an art consultant in Chicago in 1983. Her specialty, however, is helping residential clients find art that enhances their daily environments.
Because of her considerable knowledge regarding the collectibility of art, clients have trusted her investment advice. “Every piece of art that I have ever recommended as an investment has either continued to hold its value or has appreciated significantly,” she states, “sometimes even quadrupling in value. Most importantly,however, I encourage my customers to buy artwork for the love of the art itself."
Originally from Pittsburgh, the Ponkos bought their home in Rehoboth in 1998, love the beach atmosphere and lifestyle, and are now full-time residents.
