I’ve been banking with them for about 7 years and I’m very pleased. Everyone at any of the locations are always so nice and patient. When you walk in you’re warmly greeted and helped as soon and possible. I’ve had minimal issues the whole time I’ve used them. My husband and I decided to open a separate bank account just for our house payment, bills and other things like that and I’m so glad we ended up here for that. We were going to try Happy State Bank, but we were treated very poorly there so we ended up coming back here which is where we both have our separate accounts anyway. We should’ve just done that in the first place, because it really was a huge difference in treatment, service, and overall atmosphere compared to Happy State. I would recommend this bank to anybody.
I love this bank have been with it for 13yrs and had the same banker ever since. We bank with Teresa Soria since she was just a loan officer and now shes the bank manager!! We lover her and her personal touch with our accounts.
The tellers at this location are just fabulous. Apart from being bilingual, they are very charismatic and joyful. Excellent customer service!! By far my favorite Amarillo National Bank location
I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Esperanza at the location on Grand, by the Wal-Mart. I was in the drive thru to make a deposit when my truck died. I was so embarrassed and asked for the young lady for some help to get a jump. Esperanza came out and found a couple willing to help me. They jump started me, got my truck started and they left. I was pulling away when my truck died again. Esperanza came out again and a gentleman followed after her. They got me started again and, again my truck died this time I was out of the drive thru lane. Esperanza and this gentleman jump started me yet again and she went as far as following me to Auto Zone. She went above and beyond what she needed to do and I think that speaks volumes about Esperanza and this branch. I can't thank her enough for making sure I made it safely to Auto Zone. Thank you Esperanza and ANB for having an outstanding employee who know what customer service is all about!!
This bank always goes above and beyond with their customer service! They truly help and take care of the customer whether it’s in the drive threw or in person I can always expect to be treated and taken care of well!
Great customer service. All the girls are friendly and ready to assist you in any needs you have, fast and easy. Always with a smile .
Good luck getting great customer service here!! This branch has run down so much!! I want to say I would have gave this branch 5 stars 5-7 years ago, but now they have the SLOWEST people there they don't greet anyone at the driver ups. I asked for a money order and they gave me cash. So I went to Amigos since the money orders were cheaper there SORRY, NOT SORRY... They should start fresh with NEW management FAST because this place is TERRIBLE!!!!!
This comment is pertaining to the branch on Grand, next to the Walmart. I come to this branch daily to make my deposits for my store as well as get a change order. Every time I drive up to the commercial lane, I put my deposit bag in the tube and send it to the teller, then I wait, and wait and wait and wait some more. The tellers never acknowledge that I am sitting in their line so I wait some more, I hear the tellers over the speakers greeting the customers in the other lines meanwhile I never get greeted! Not once! Then as the teller is sending the money back then they finally say something to me... Then I once again try pushing the call button to hopefully get someone to acknowledge me. They ask what I needed and I proceed to tell them that I need a duplicate receipt for each deposit. They act like it's a huge chore to print and stamp a duplicate receipt. This is what my boss requires which is why I need to have a duplicate receipt. However, if the tellers would bother to acknowledge that there is a customer in the line I would have asked for the duplicate receipt at that time. Just this afternoon, I had to hit the call button 4 times before anyone answered me. Then the attitude I sometimes not always receive is not fun to deal with either! I am sorry I asked you to do your job! And if you're that unhappy doing your job then perhaps you're in the wrong line of work! I never had any of these problems when used to have to go to the branch on Hillside and Bell!! They are fantastic at that branch. But the employees at the branch on Grand just next to the Walmart needs a LOT OF HELP in their customer service skills!!
I would give 0 stars if possible. Went to get a change order for our business. The women who was helping us in the Commercial lane was rude. She asked for an ID to help find the account number, which we sent only for them to send it back. The women then proceeds to give us attitude by saying we didn’t give her the idea and that we needed to send it to get the account info. We told her we did and her excuse was she didn’t see it. No apology for the attitude and her mistake. After she receives the ID again, she then proceeds to tell us we don’t have an account. We spend a good couple minutes explaining that we indeed do have an account. After much debate she finally finds the account. This trip was suppose to be 10-15 minute that turned into a 30-45 minute trip. This incident took so long that a long line formed and the couple behind us asked us if we could pull forward so they could leave. I do try to give the benefit of the doubt, but the women was just so rude.
We are new the area and state, my new employer banks here and recommend them, having a account here would make direct deposit easy. The young man setting up the account didn't explain anything about the account, like do I need to buy my own checks, orhow their online banking worked. The kicker is they would not put my wife on my account because they use a company that scores your banking history. The bank is of zero helpWe have perfect credit and the red flag turns out is from a fraudulent company. You are on your own to prove you are a good customer. Never in 35 years of being married and having a joint account has there ever been a problem, If ANB had acted like they cared I might have a better opinion.
